David and Susan were by far the friendliest hosts and the Red Rose was just beautiful. We stayed in the Hunt Room which had our own private bath . There is a front porch and a back deck where we sat, relaxed and talked with the other guests. Breakfast was definitely a full meal beginning with some fruit and ending with a plateful of eggs, potatoes and your choice of meat. Located in Bardstown, Kentucky, the Inn is within walking distance to the center of town where we found plenty of places to eat and shop. We left the Red Rose with fond memories and plan to stay again on our next road trip. Shelley and Larry

This is a place we want to visit again. It was VERY CLEAN. The bed and furnishings in our room were perfect for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The chef even tailored it to our dietary needs. We also loved that it was within walking distance of many of Bardstown’s shops and attractions. It was the PERFECT place to stay while visiting Bardstown.

This was our first trip to Bardstown and the Red Rose Inn did not disappoint. The rooms were a lot more spacious than they looked on the Website and Biscuit took real good care of us. His daughter had just had a grandchild the day we checked in, so his wife was tied up with that. We had some outings each morning, so he prepared us some breakfast sandwiches and fruit to go. It is on a busy street but there is parking in the back. The thing we liked the most, besides the hospitality was the 2 min walk into town. Very close to restaurants and a Speakeasy that will take you back in time. Wonderful time. Thanks Biscuit.

The Red Rose Inn Bed & Breakfast was a perfect spot for exploring Bardstown and the Bourbon Trail. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were well-appointed, very comfortable, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests in the common areas. We walked to restaurants and some bourbon tasting shops. It was a short drive to many famous distilleries and we really enjoyed our tours at Bardstown Bourbon, Buffalo Trace and Lux Row. It was a terrific stay and we hope to visit again!

Dave and Susan are the best. The rooms are spacious, clean, and private. Dave makes you breakfast every morning and is a fount of information about Bardstown (he has lived there his whole life). Great place to stay with great people! The B and B is centrally located and easy to walk anywhere down town.

Red Rose is a perfect location for basing your Bourbon Trail experience. This is a lovely bed-and-breakfast, located two blocks from the center of Bardstown. The owners are engaging, very knowledgeable about local sites, and full of local folklore. Very comfortable. Good value for the money.

Wonder hosts, beautiful accommodations and the food was excellent. The hosts leave you a lot of space but when you are looking for directions or points of interest they are very informative. They also have wonderful history of the area to share.

We had a great 2 nights in the Red Rose Inn. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and David and Susan could not have been more welcoming. The location is perfect for walking to downtown shops and restaurants. Great breakfast too! Thank you both!!

The red rose inn is perfect! So charming & impeccably clean. The beds & bedrooms are very comfortable & very spacious. The hosts David & Susan are two of the nicest people you will ever meet! The breakfasts are fantastic & plentiful. The location is spot on & perfectly situated to walk to everything in town. Bardstown is a delight. Plenty of great restaurants & shops. We’ve stayed with the red rose inn twice now & can’t imagine staying anywhere else!
