If we could give this place 0 we would. Having notified the owner about a flight change (to a later flight) they kindly told us that we would receive our room access code so we could get in (check in the following morning)..... The code arrived and we got to the accommodation at 00:15. The code did not match the room number given, and when we tried we woke up another resident who was in that room (she quite rightly was very very annoyed). We messaged the property 4 times and called the "emergency number"..... Neither answered. Therefore we had to sit downstairs (very hot as air con was off) on a hard chair for 7 hours (after leaving home at 10:30am the previous day), with no water, food or toilet. At 07:10 someone arrived at reception...... NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NOTHING..... Just the words "oh dear" as he walked past us!! They gave us the incorrect room number but couldn't even be bothered to apologise for the complete farce. If even 1 person replied to the messages or picked up the emergency phone, then it could have been sorted in 2 minutes. We got into the room at 07:30, had a quick nap and shower..... Then checked out! Short break away completely ruined, and well out of pocket (££)
