The good: Superb location, clean rooms, close to many of Barcelona’s must visit attractions. The not so good: No ramps or elevators from the street level to the reception level. So you must carry your luggage using the stairs. There is nobody to help you with your luggage. The reception is a one person operation. The rooms air conditioning/heating is centrally control. Be ready for a very hot or very cold room. The towels are few and low quality. If you need more towels go to the lobby and get them yourself. The breakfast is good but extremely simple. The rooms are very small and the shower is missing one glass door so be prepared for a very wet bathroom floor. The hotel is showing it’s age and needs to be remodeled soon. Pillows and mattress are hard.

Lovely 3 nights in this hotel. The location was really good and central. The staff were very friendly. A special mention for Daniela in the reception. She gave lots of recommendations about the city to visit and where to eat. Always smiling and very pleasant. Thanks Daniela.

We ordered 2 rooms for 5 days at nov. 23 without option to cancell. Since our country at war, we tried to ask the hotel for refund or even part of it. None of the managers agree to help us in such exraordinary situation !!! We sent severals mails and try to explain our situation with no flighs from and to our country.

Great place for travellers to base themselves when staying in Barcelona. Located in the Gothic quarter, lots of cafes, shops etc very close. Easy walk to hop-on-hop-off bus. Friendly staff, great rooms.

Location is the main feature of this hotel. It is excellently placed as there is a convenience store next to the hotel to buy any essentials. Very good food places and the metro are nearby. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. However the room is very small for two persons and the wood for the closet needs to be replaced as it old.

It is an ideal place to stay if you can figure out the trains and buses. There are lots of stops located around the hotel. It is a very brief walk to the Cathedral, and if you're a Rick Steves fan, the start of his 2 walks for Barcelona are within a 15 minute.

I looks better than it is I asked had no water in the room so had to ask they said they would put some there but didn’t, charged me 2 days tourist tax instead of 1. Overall disappointing

The location of the hotel is great. Close to bars and restaurants. It is also located very close to a metro station. The only faults of the hotel during our stay was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at around 16:30 and that the water pressure for the shower was very low.

This hotel is defined as a 4 stars But according to me....overated, more like a 3 or 3,5 stars The lobby is old fashionned the furniture in the room is also old fashionned, but we did sleep well, Bathroom are nice Room are small Location is very good
