Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Very helpful staff. Very convenient allocation. Being able to eat within 24 hours is a huge plus of this hotel. Can't wait to go back. Thank you

We arrived as two zombie-like travelers. The hotel treated us like royalty. The buffet was a life saver. The room was charming, clean. The staff was so understanding. Definitely a treat for us.

booked under VIP Gold status with promised sparkling wine which i never received...don't offer it if you don't give it...i never expect the upgrade but the wine i expect!
This is a charming time warp hotel with stairs to access reception and rooms. There is a small lift for baggage once you negotiate the entry stairs. All day drinks and snack buffet makes this hotel good value and convenient.

Distance from airport and to cruise port was not far. Restaurant was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. From the two who checked us in, answered any questions we had and arranged for transportation to the train station our last day, Alex who showed us to our room and the ladies who attended the room They had our room ready early too. There is a simple 24/7 buffet which was nice for breakfast and a quick snack. Dinner suggestions were always spot on. I would suggest another person at the desk until midnight. There is construction going on across the street but it was quiet in our room and it fid not affect our stay. Excellent accommodations.

The hotel is beautiful. Our suite was amazing and the 24 hour free buffet was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful. We loved the park across the street. The location is great. We did the hop on hop off bus that was located in the Plaza Catalunya which is just a couple of blocks away.

Many staff and good service. Daily maid service. Food 24/7. Breakfast eggs not hot. Have to turn in key when you leave hotel. Desk personnel will give back keys with no check of name or proof of Identification. Not good for security reasons. Never happen in US hotel!!!
