Ola Living Hostal Diagonal

I've waited for almost one year before publishing my review, my goal is that people that is willing to book with them for the 2023 summer season, they should read first the reviews (with an actual 3/5 score) before proceeding with the booking with them. This is our very bad experience, we are a family of 4 with 2 kids and we highly discourage at least families to book with this company.We have checked in in one of the Ola Music apartment. The feeling has been immediately that the apartment does not look like what we have bought for at the price we booked for and sorry, we did not book for a ground floor apartment as they mentioned in our complain email since we never book for ground floor apartments during our holidays because having kids they are too noisy for their rest time. Btw, the same day we arrived - after seeing the given apartment- we have talked with the girls at the office (very not organised, chilling with young guys before giving your attention to you) for an upgrade but it seems that all their 150 apartments were fully booked for giving us an upgrade or change the apartment. We have booked the apartment by Booking and the confirmation of reservation we got from *********** showed a different apartment with windows and a big living room, the room where we were has no windows and a small living room. Is this a kind of misleading advertising? Then, it was totally kids unfriendly, no windows (it was not mentioned on ***********) and we had some issue in the shower where my daughter felt down couple of times banging her head because it was slippery and even a shower carpet was missing (we asked for one at the reception but the girls refused). Then, there wasn't a hand shower useful to wash small kids like ours. I've made the reservation for 3 adults and 2 kids (3 years old and 9months old) and the booking has been confirmed for 4 adults only.. baby crib was not in the room as per our request during the booking, baby chair and baby bathtube were not available.. We made the booking few months before, why the company did not contact us mentioning about those issues related to a family booking? We expect this from a place with a rate of almost than 240euro per night!!! The apartment is totally kids unfriendly!!!! No windows and no terrace, how can a family does the laundry? Where are we supposed to hang out the laundry? The only windows we have overlook a corridor and there is no black curtains in the rooms. It really seems to be in prison!!! Couple of times the low part of the kitchen felt down on our floors, we advised the reception but they did not manage to solve it. What if it would felt down to my daughters' foot? The entrance door could not close properly, only if locked .. and with kids you can understand this is completely not acceptable.. many times we found our daughter outside!!!We are very sorry for making this complaint, actually it never happened to us. We always use to book apartments up to this rate so our expectations are

clean room, fast wifi and an excellent power shower, but it doesn't make up for a room too noisy to sleep in. The club next door had the bass droning until 4am, the heating unit is noisy, waterpipes from sinks & toilets flush all around all night, doors bang loud and hard enough to shake the bed.
