We booked the apartment, under impression it was like a apartment hotel. On arrival outside the premise, immediately we didn't like it. The signage outside shows it's a Hostel, not the apartment we were expecting. Turns out they have both hostels and apartments within the same building. I have never stayed in a hostel in my entire life, if I have known this if actually disclosed, I would never have booked this apartment. During check-in, the process took longer than other accomodation. And the lady staff said nothing at all, (leaving a lot of confusion after we entered the apartment) and made me sign a letter of house/hostel rules during check in , although some rules do not apply such as the hostel rules. Fortunately, during winter time, they did not enter our room to close and open the balcony door, as we don't feel private and secured at all. The 2-day housekeeping was like nothing, not even a change of towels, only rubbish bags changed. I rather they don't enter the room then, since nothing much is being done.
$10 deposit for one key. One key allows access to one locker in the room for your valuables.
Close walking distance to Sagrada Familia. $25/day secured underground carpark, note if you park everytime you access the carpark you have to ask the staff to open garage for you.
They treated all their guests type the same, hostel or apartment. Can feel some staff are nicer and trying their best though.
