"This place is not really a hotel. It gives off more of a motel vibe. The building is heavily outdated, with crumbling walls and stains. Our room was average. Bed was comfortable and clean. Our room had a little bit of trash in it (candy wrappers, etc). The toilet did not flush for me and there was peeling wall paper in the bathroom. Shower temperature was poor and was only lukewarm at best. I most likely will not stay here again. The facilities need a huge update."

TTamuI really love the shape of the waffle—it’s a nice touch. The location is great, and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good, even though the selection is somewhat limited. Have no idea about the conditioner in the room, because no chance to use it. The weather was good over those days.
However, there are no meeting rooms or quiet spaces available, which may be a drawback for business travelers who need a place to hold discussions.

Free shuttle to and from airport which we used after returning the rental car and to get to the airport for the flight.
Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and friendly.
Used the pool at 7.30pm, it is quite shallow but was warm .
Everything was clean, there was a fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in the room as well as usual things like hairdryer and iron.

PPengguna AnonimWe loved staying here! It was my first time in Austin, and the hotel is close to everything. You can drive or walk to different places.
The beds were super comfortable! It was also cool to have a kitchenette inside the room, with glassware, a refrigerator, microwave, and utensils that are essential to us. Service is topnotch as well.
The only downside is that their walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor talking and watching TV. I suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, just in case!

TTamuThe room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature.
The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am.
The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.

TTamuI am an overall fan of Embassy Suites. I consistently experience fast and friendly service. The overall ambiance is classy. The rooms are clean, spacious, and affordable. My only concern as a single traveler was walking alone, late at night and the early morning hours from the detached parking garage to the entrance of the building. There was a noticeable homeless population and no visible security. However, the Embassy Suites experience is one I look forward to when I’m traveling.

TTamuLove the location but the rooms look old and tired. The guests rooms need to be updated and walk-in showers would be a definite improvement over the old bathtubs … especially since the bathroom is so small. The separate living area is nice but not imperative for most of us. Breakfast is lovely and free tho tipping for a custom breakfast order is nice but not expected. I was shocked to see they had started charging for parking last time I was there (this is a suburban business and shopping area, not downtown!) That left a bad taste in my mouth ….. enough that I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Be sure to figure that cost in when comparing rates! Call for latest parking fee.
