It was beautiful location a bit far from the noise and all. I had a villa up on a hill so the walk was tough for my wife with her knee issue but still came with a beautiful view.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history.
The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar.
The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping.
The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved.
Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

The island resort boasts a gorgeous beach, which is undoubtedly its main attraction. For instance, even when we were having dinner at 8.45 pm, the staff were already starting to clear tables, which created a sense of urgency and made us feel like we had to rush our meal. Since they close at 9pm.Similarly, breakfast also felt rushed due to the early closing time at 10am .
Overall, the island resort is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful beach getaway, but it may not be ideal for those looking for a more active or varied vacation experience. The staff's adherence to strict schedules could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We booked for 6 days but stayed for 3 then moved to the pier where there some variety of restaurants, foods, entertainment

Very good location in Phi Phi. Few hundred meters from the beach ( 3 min walk). Rooms are good. Breakfast is ok, just a pity there is no real fruit juice.
When arriving at Phi Phi port, someone will wait to take your luggage’s, just look at the hotel names. This is 8 min walk from the boat to the hotel. No worry for luggage’s, hotel take care. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, no worry for the food. Swimming pool is nice. Next time we go to Phi Phi we will most probably select this hotel again

This hotel offers a stylish swimming pool and charming bungalow-style rooms. However, that's about it. Considering the price, the breakfast hygiene and room soundproofing are terrible. Next to the hotel, there is an abandoned lot where all sorts of trash accumulate, attracting a lot of FLYIES, which can be seen SITTING on almost ALL breakfast FOOD items. Additionally, there is incredibly loud club music and reverberation until 2 a.m., making it nearly impossible to fall into a deep sleep. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation.
Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand.
Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going.
Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

CColinThis place is so peaceful great views although some of the passing boats can be quite noisy. We stayed in the ocean cliff view villa which was beautiful great size very clean. Make sure you bring a good book as there is no tv and the restaurant/ reception closes at 21.00. There is a steep walk up to the cliff view villas I quite liked it but it might not be ideal for everyone. There is no room service and only one restaurant they sometimes run out of some items, the spring rolls were our favourite one of the best in Thailand. The staff really made the trip so warm and welcoming. The only letdown is the beach is so rocky and not great for swimming, there are no sun loungers only plastic chairs or they provide bamboo mats to lay on but there are ants around and no beach towels provided. We enjoyed our stay but 2 days is probably enough.

NNina00We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily.
Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort.
Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️

GGuest UserFirstly I will say the the location is amazing, at the end of kind beach. You can snorkel from the beach also possible to swim to shark point. Breakfast was nice, choice of eggs and other bits. The staff were always very helpful and tried their best
The bad points, the in our first room there was no mosquito net.so when about getting one we were told it wasn’t possible. They then offered us a new room. We took the new room, which included a mosquito nets. Although it’s also included a pack of monkeys who are waiting outside the door for us aggressively we were told by the staff to just grab a stick and shoot them off. This did only happen one day But it made the other day going back to your room in the dark not feel so nice the AC in the room was also terrible. It sounded like it had a bag of old spanners in and dripped throughout the night like some sort of water torture leaving blocks of ice on the floor as well. I would also note that’s the bed was as flexible as the wooden floor below, so just bear this in mind if you’re used to a softer mattress.
 I appreciate the monkeys are out of their control but maybe some signs for other guests not to have food out et cetera so that they’re not encouraged to come to the area might help. I also don’t think it’s very hard to have a mosquito net in every room. It’s a shame these small things could not be fixed. As otherwise for the money it would be a very nice stay.
If you’re visiting the area, I do recommend the restaurant at the end of the beach called mamas and the pad Thai is delicious. The restaurants down the beach are also good for a nice evening out.

The hostel shared bedrooms are really close to the beach but also to the beach bars, so it can be pretty loud inside the bedroom if you plan to sleep before the party ends at around 3 am. I would recommend buying a pair of earplugs that you can find on the 7-eleven. The bathrooms were too dirty, as expected in shared bedroom hostels, although service staff tried to keep it as clean during the day, but at night was another deal. Location wise I’d say is very good location. And I want to give a remarkable mention to the host Miguel, who was very helpful giving us tips, recommendations, tips laves to go and even booking some kayak and boat trips.

DDiplodeacI was a bit worried about this hotel as I’m a city guy and typically like to stay in 5 star resorts. This hotel definitely isn’t a 5 star, but it’s actually more special. Peaceful surroundings, solid food, attentive staff, clean facilities. A once in a lifetime experience and at a reasonable price. We found ourselves wishing that we’d booked two nights instead of one. I would definitely stay here again.

The swimming area at the beach is very small, but you can walk 5 min to a larger beach area. The swimming pools are great - a big shallow one for children, and a deeper pool at the rooftop of the central building. The staff is polite and professional. A small store at the front sells the best mango smoothies. The breakfast is okay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We tranfered from another hotel - I wish we spent all our time here at Andaman Legacy.

IIuliiaGreat located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!

However, the overall appearance of the place seemed somewhat neglected, and the 85 steps (I counted) leading up to the registration desk might deter many potential guests. Despite this, they did offer a complimentary service for luggage transportation from the port to the room, along with a pre-arranged service from the hotel to the port. Our stay was smooth, and we didn't cause any inconvenience to the hotel, opting not to request room cleaning. However, the hotel failed to provide toothbrushes or bathroom slippers. The breakfast set they provided was quite small.

Our luggage was collected and taken to the hotel from the port and the manager/lady at reception was so kind, helpful and enthusiastic and made us feel really welcome. The hotel location is a little far despite being a small island and the hill is steep but it didn’t stop us from going out or enjoying phi phi.
