KKiki04I appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel, which was built with high-quality materials. The room was not only new but also clean, making me feel right in such a cozy and elegant space. I loved that there were Laos, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants conveniently located on the ground floor, just a short distance from the check-in area. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide variety of options, alongside ready meals that you could pick up. After a long journey on the train, The spa provided an amazing experience with an aromatherapy massage that helped me relax.

English is very limited
It was difficult to to arrange for the airport pick up even though a reservation was made.
The desk staff was friendly but the breakfast staff was not.
Breakfast was ok Close to airport.

I booked a large room, and it did not disappoint. The space was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with good furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was good, and room quiet ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay.
Bathroom:
The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day.
Breakfast:
The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day.
Staff:
The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
