TTamuWe were upgraded to a lovely room with a great bathroom. Very quiet.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us very welcome.
Parking was £18.00 for 24 hours at the value park, with the hotel discount.

MMAMZWonderful place to stay in the heart of the Belfast city center. Friendly staff, clean room with an excellent view. Currently one of the better places to stay at in the area. Only issue was not being able to park in the hotel which was booked up, but they do offer a discount for a parking space across the street. Will stay here again.

TTamuLeonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface.
I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.
