Hotel dengan Bar di Yantai

The front desk staff are very polite and helpful . Despite there was a big group of people trying to rush them and cutting queues during check in , the front desk staff handled it very good and professionally. Tonia , which is one of the front desk staff , served us patiently and calmly despite all the chaos happening behind me in the queue . Strongly recommend to look for Tonia to have a smooth and pleasant check in experience . Overall, the hotel is very clean and comfortable . Strongly recommend to stay here

To start, I'd say by far the best thing about the hotel was the location. I didn't know when I arrived at 23h, but it was located close to a pretty busy tourist street full of bars and stores, not to mentioned being super close to the lighthouse. Being winter, and close to CNY, there was no one on the beaches, but I would imagine in the summer it'd be pretty nice. The hotel room was very nice, refurbished and the beds quite confortable. The breakfast was pretty good also if you like Chinese breakfast, and had some decent European style food that I haven't tried. Staff were very helpfull too I'd say it's a perfectly nice hotel, if I stop in Yantai I would go there again

Despite the plain exterior the main lobby has an early 20th century European aesthetic. Cigars, pipes and all kinds of smoking paraphernalia is available for purchase, but as far as I could tell smoking is not allowed in the lobby. The gym is simple, but very clean and inviting. Hadn’t had the chance to check the restaurant as I ate out, but I did enjoy the speciality coffee available en suite. A very nice touch. Would definitely recommend and if I am ever again in Yantai this is the place I’ll stay at. Also, they have a robot that takes up a lot of space in the elevator. I call him Arturito (R2D2)

A very nice stay! Strongly recommended. The staff at front desk as well as the breakfast buffet are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lingling who let us check out late and gave us a Westin branded stuffed toy as souvenir. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

Staff were nice and executive lounge staff were very polite . There is a young staff at the Excutive lounge called flora. She is really friendly, professional and polite. She needs to be commended.
