差勁！首先，辦理入職的時候在前台詢問周邊推薦的淮揚菜餐廳，前台推薦了隔壁的怡園，去了之後兩個人連主食加例菜一共點了6個，幾乎沒吃就走了，不是一般的差勁，不如自己做的家常菜，很明顯是提前做好了預熱端上來的。其次，浴缸沒有桌板，攜程預訂的所謂的歡迎水果就是敷衍的不能再敷完的兩個橘子，不如沒有！晚上睡覺起來，空調出風口也是像刮颱風一樣的響！總之，想做高端酒店，細節一塌糊塗，跟低端比價格又顯然不是低端的價格，進門保安就在邊上都沒有拉門的習慣，前台、保安各個部門的服務都跟不上，特別失望的第一次去揚州選擇了這家酒店，體驗感極差！
