GGuest UserAs soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and the hotel facilities and services were also introduced in detail.
The hotel room is amazing. The beds are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities in the room are very complete. From high-speed and stable Wi-Fi to all kinds of high-quality toiletries, every detail reflects the hotel's intentions.
When it comes to hygiene, it is even more impeccable. Whether it is the corner of the room or the bathroom, it is spotless.
Finally, I have to mention the hotel's service staff, who always smile and are on call, and any needs can be responded to in time. Accommodation in [Wanda City Hotel] is as comfortable as at home, highly recommended to everyone!

GGuest UserThe location is very good, the waiter and the front desk service are very warm, I am a little high and also take the initiative to ask if I need cold medicine, thank you very much! The sanitation is very clean, the bathroom is disposable, the bottled water is gone, the front desk clerk will send it soon, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, it is the most comfortable day to sleep since entering Tibet.

GGuest UserHot water is not the kind of electric hot water heating, but the big boiler burned, so there is 24 hours hot water, I stayed in the hotel, waited for 5 hours to have hot water, the toilet smelled very bad, I felt nauseous as soon as I entered, because of what maintenance, there was no network when I lived, and the lights in the room were very dim. There are also some lights that are broken and not bright. Because of the hot water problem, it is a bit contradictory to the store, but later the store owner also handled it with good voice, which is still worthy of praise. The attitude of the woman at the front desk was not good. She urged hot water several times. She kept telling us that it would be there an hour later. After waiting for more than 4 hours, she threatened us a little. If you are not satisfied, you can check out and change the hotel. I really don’t dare to agree with this kind of business behavior, it’s too low.
