"Without prior notice or consent, the front desk asked for the guest's mobile phone number to register for Atour membership, and the verification code was displayed on the phone. I feel that the hotel is particularly rude. In order to complete the membership registration task, they did not communicate with the guest in advance whether they are willing to register for Atour membership, but directly sent the verification code and asked the guest to inform. I am speechless."

"Solid hotel close to many good restaurants. Very spacious rooms. Just a 7 min taxi ride to the Baotou museum. The breakfast was fantastic. Really fantastic! The staff was friendly, and tried to help me organize an excursion to the Kubiqi desert. Unfortunately they messed that up (but then apologies profusely and gave me some gifts instead). Note to future tourists: Just take a Didi to the desert. Don’t bother about the bus."

"Hygiene was so-so. Upon check-in, we found oil stains on the sheets. When a staff member changed the sheets, we discovered the non-slip mat was even dirtier. My husband and I slept naked all night. The disposable slippers were not slip-resistant at all. The bathtub room didn't have disposable bathtub liners. The front desk service was acceptable. Also, the soundproofing was quite poor."
