The service attitude is very poor. I stayed for a week in a row, and the room was not cleaned during the period. Every time I have to call, there are a lot of excuses

the maids are very kind, the prices are affordable,he rooms are clean and tidy

Modern upscale hotel with welcoming staff and excellent facilities and food. This is the best hotel in Banja Luka. The hotel is full service and very modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Smiles everywhere. A lot of business people and conferences at the hotel which did not interfere with a couple traveling alone. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with everything you would want. Lunch was very gourmet at very reasonable prices. The bar was well stocked with all major brands. The hotel has a Skybar on the 11th floor. Unfortunately it is only open for conferences which was a pity. I would think with the amount of guests you could open for evening cocktails. Overall an excellent stay and recommend very highly.

The hotel itself is like any other Courtyard by Marriott except that it felt like being stuck in a rave club and not a hotel due to the noise level coming from the rooftop private function that finished at 2.30am. And instead of offering to reimburse me for not having been able to sleep for alomst an entire night they appear to have charged me twice. Once through ******* and again at the hotel...

Given Banja Luka is still way off the tourist radar, the town doesn't have a lot of luxury/comfort stays. So, the Courtyard is a welcome break from the monotonous and bland options you had before they arrived. Basic luxury, Spartan design and super clean. LOCATION: Good location close to all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Rooftop bar that is more open only to private functions. But the Lobby bar is quite stylish and great for a chilled-out dinner and drinks ROOM: I stayed in Room 907, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the city skyline, including the iconic cathedral; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality cosmetics by NIRAVE brand. FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made me feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout out to NINA at the front desk for a good welcome experience HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Medium-speed Wi-Fi(around 20 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Beautiful new and clean property, staff was very helpful, lovely and so accommodating. Will stay here from now on.

Very much enjoyed staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Banja Luka. Friendly staff helped with all my business and holiday needs.., accommodating with the business conference center, room and the breakfast. Centrally located and easily accessible, I'm looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

I nice and clean Courtyard hotel close to Banja Luka city centre. Maybe not very exciting but reliable. The staff was nice and service minded. The general areas as well the rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast was nice. The conference room was modern and spacious.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options and good selection of conference rooms for business purposes. Central location and onsite free parking (including a garage). Very pleasant and professional staff makes your stay enjoyable.
