Royal Suite Hotel Bangkok

Hati-hati! Ada dua bangunan hotel, saya kira yang satu dengan resepsionis bagus, tapi yang lain harus dihindari. Saya memesan Kamar DELUXE, tetapi berakhir di kamar yang tidak dapat Anda temukan di foto hotel mana pun. Saya telah memberi tahu hotel bahwa saya akan tiba setelah tengah malam dan mereka mengatakan tidak masalah. Saat check-in, semuanya bagus, staf yang menyenangkan, senyum lebar dan semua itu, sampai saya memasuki kamar saya. Ruangan itu di gedung kedua, besar, tapi sangat bau dan tua. Kembali ke resepsi, menerima permintaan maaf dan memberikan upgrade ke suite. Ok, itu adil, saya kira. Memasuki suite, yang sangat besar, tapi sangat tua dan tidak terlalu bau. Saya putuskan untuk bermalam disana, dengan janji akan diberikan kamar yang saya booking besok (BTW, saya booking 3 malam). Mencoba untuk mandi dan tidak ada air panas, pergi ke resepsi lagi dan mengatakan itu saja, saya ingin membatalkan pemesanan saya dan meninggalkan hotel. Wanita resepsionis sangat baik, meskipun saya tidak. Dia tidak bisa memberi saya pengembalian uang, sampai manajernya mengkonfirmasi. Saya menginap selama satu malam, sarapan, yang merupakan prasmanan yang luar biasa. Pengembalian uang untuk 2 malam lainnya telah disetujui dan saya pergi. Anda akan menemukan gambar "Suite" yang saya dapatkan sebagai peningkatan, tidak dapat ditemukan sebagai pilihan saat melakukan pemesanan. Saya merekomendasikan untuk menghindari gedung kedua dan menginap di gedung dengan resepsionis.

Booked a deluxe room but not what we expected. Firstly there are two buildings or more for the hotel and after check in you have to walk in the hot weather or rainy weather to the other building and there is not any transfer service for guest. Secondly, the deluxe room is Very old room with very Musty smell. With very old and not cleaned refrigerator and big dent on the door. Furniture is also very old and there is hole in the sofa as well. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will never coming back in the future. Please do not fall for the name Royal Suite Hotel, you can find better room in anywhere else.

If you want to hear the next door neighbour showering at 1am this is a place for you . Sadly this hotel is not noise cancelling and the location is not so easy to come and go with taxi .

It is great to stay in this hotel for four days. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Most important is having the good service of hotel staff from reception desk like Nan and Sai, house keeping, hotel attendant like Gem, to the hotel shuttle driver for making our stay memorable. Breakfast selection is up to standard and could be better if fruit juice refill can be faster. The only negative to comment is the very bad experience of room occupancy on the first day of check-in at the hotel. The room type and size was found to be different from what was originally booked, resulting in a waste of time for guest like me to select the right hotel room to stay at last. The hotel management should pay attention to this unacceptable mistake as it could damage the hotel reputation if it happened again.

There’s a hourly transport to Ramatheheang airport link station starting from 8:30am n ending at 4:30pm. Radiculous that guest need to book 1 hour in advance. Hotel should cancel this policy n ensure that the transport in available for guest from 8:30am till 4:30pm on hourly basis. Check in at 12 noon. Room was not ready n told to wait for an hour. Went for lunch n came back but room was still not ready! Front line staff says the policy is to check in at 2pm. Room was great but location is a big headache as it’s not near to any BTS station or Airport Link. Staff attitude was bad when I wanted to take the 4:30pm transport after my return at 4:15pm on 25/09/2023. Got to wait after assurance that I can take the transport. Till 4:45pm, the staff told me that there’s no transport n I scream n finally they give in n arrange transport. Sad case!

I usually stay here because it is close to Bangkok hospital. However, there is improvement on free shuttle service to Bangkok hospital that even we book for pick up from Bangkok hospital, I am not sure if driver comes to pick us up or not, I have been waiting for about 20mins, when I called to the hotel, they said the driver already left the hospital, so I have to take taxi instead. It’s said news that I already told the exact location to pick up, but it’s useless.

Usually a major fan…arguably a long-time VIP, but this time…they treated me atrociously. Won’t go back. Takeaway: don’t mistreat your best customers. Ever. Period.

We stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful trip. The room was large and comfortable and included a small kitchen wirh stove and refrigerator.

The best place for stay in Bangkok ＜/3 everything is so perfect for me 👏🏻💕✨
