Great location and near to big malls like Central World and Siam Paragon. Room was big and spacious. too bad room has no bath tub as it has previously. Staff got my room wrongly when check in and have to move to another room type which I had booked.

hotel is very clean and tidy!! i come with family in bangkok!! worth to stay at this hotel!! very convenient to everywhere!! center point in bangkok !! will come and stay again next time!!

For those like me who go shopping will love staying here, location is super good. Morning market is just right beside it less then five min walk, platinum mall just opposite. 10 min walk to BiG C and central World. This time I've been staying for 4days 3night, the day before I checked out the hotel i realise got bites by the bed bug. That few days i have requested to change the bed sheet.

It is a luxury hotel in a strategic location,the hotel room is big and nice with a bathtub and other amenities. Located in the busy area of pratunam where you can easily access to pratunam market, platinum, big C, and central world all in a walking distance. There are plenty places to find something to eat, and plenty convenience store also in the area. Great place to stay in Bangkok.

Amari Bangkok has certainly made our stay a memorable one. Great location, room deco & cleanliness, fitness n pool facilities, food & services are all praise worthy!! Though our spirits were dampened by the fact that our 85 yrs old mother fell sick on the 2nd day of our 12-days trip due to the haze n heat there, we received outstanding service and warm assistance from the entire hotel team. Our special thanks to Guest Relation Managers Ms Wai & Mr Kwan as well as the In-house Medical Team who sent caring medical staff (Manager & Nurse) to attend to my mum’s medical needs before we decide to send her to Priya Thai One Hospital for further assessment. We merely feedback to the hotel staff over a casual conversation our purpose for the trip was a birthday celebration for mum, shortly a surprise birthday cake was sent to our room and followed by a beautiful pot of flower with a get-well card. Ms Wai’s outstanding guest relation effort didn’t just stop there, she came to our table at breakfast on the following day, thoughtfully have the kitchen prepared a bowl of freshly cooked fish porridge for my mum citing her poor appetite and also informed us that she had arranged for a free upgrade to one of our rooms, a Deluxe Twin Room w/ one extra bed to a Premier Twin Room, enabling our entire family to conveniently stay on the same floor level (just a-room away), so that could allow us to keep a close watch on mum’s condition, frankly, that was above all, the most wonderful and warm gesture we have ever received from Amari Bangkok, truly appreciate her effort. Service staff at Amaya Restaurant were most commendable, our special thanks to the manager Ms Liza and her friendly team members - Kriang, Nat, Fon, Pooky, Ryan, Kane, Kim and Faii and many more who had rendered their outstanding service. The team was attentive and careful with our needs to ensure that our breakfast couldn’t be more enjoyable, bravo to their good command of English too!!! House-keeping staff were extremely efficient and patient. Last but not least, Ms Priang at the hotel reception/ lift area had made a very good impression on us for her warm and genuine greetings, not forgetting the teams helming the Front Desk, Concierge & Hotel Entrance area - thank you everyone!! Amari Bangkok will always be our top choice from now.

First time trying out this hotel instead of usual hotel nearby. And overall am very satisfied. Hotel was located at a good location, facing opposite platinum mall, 2 to 5min have 7-11, some small shop, massage shop, mcdonald , starbucks. Service was very good from reception to lift to cleaners which is top notch compared to other hotels.Room for 2 was very spacious , bed is comfortable which aircon can be better as abit noisy . Other than that, all are good and will be back again in future.
