Ulasan Triple Y Hotel

Stafnya ramah. Pelayanannya bagus. Kamarnya besar tapi tempat tidur dan bantalnya terlalu empuk dan bantalnya bau serangga... kamar mandinya terlalu kecil. Satu hal buruk lagi adalah alarm kebakaran di langit-langit (saya tidak tahu apa itu) terus berkedip dengan lampu biru sepanjang waktu, saya tidak bisa tidur pada malam pertama saya menginap karena lampu biru ini. Lokasinya bagus karena berada di mal dan di atas stasiun Metro. Tapi sulit untuk menemukan taksi atau Grab. Saya menghabiskan waktu setengah jam untuk menerima Grab, kebanyakan di Bangkok saya hanya menghabiskan waktu 5 menit untuk menemukan taksi Grab tetapi tempat ini jarang diterima pengemudi Grab kecuali mereka menurunkan orang di gedung yang sama. Ngomong-ngomong, Samyan Mitrtown sangat kecil yang tidak memiliki barang untuk dibeli. Hanya ada Uniqlo dan Muji yang bisa kami beli. Kesimpulannya, dari pengalaman saya kali ini, saya tidak akan menginap di hotel ini atau pergi ke tempat ini lagi.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, kamar modern dan bersih, stafnya ramah dan baik, tetapi fasilitasnya terbatas, tidak ada tempat makan, tidak ada restoran, bahkan tidak ada sikat gigi dan pasta gigi di dalam kamar, pusat kebugarannya kecil dan perlengkapannya terbatas, selebihnya, secara keseluruhan tempat ini nyaman untuk menginap.........

The hotel was in great location and very clean on daily cleaning service. Located with everything you need, perfect for families and solo travellers. Staff was helpful and kind in assisting any requests they can provide. Only downside are limited numbers of room availability, that why it always fully booked throughout the year and the next. Wishing to booked this hotel again!

The room is relatively spacious compared to similar hotels domestically. The hotel staff provide excellent service, although their English is somewhat Thai-accented, making it a bit hard to understand, but overall communication is not affected. Additionally, two coffee vouchers are given daily, which can be exchanged for coffee or tea at the lobby coffee cart. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, but a smoking area is specifically designated on the 11th floor balcony, which still offers a great view. Downstairs are a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, with the mall directly connected to the subway station, which resembles a bunker-like structure. Convenience is top-notch. Adjacent to the hotel is Chulalongkorn University, Thailand's top-ranked university.

The hotel location is very convenient which closes to MRT and walking distance to Banthatthong.

Nice boutique hotel that is close to office. Also next to Sam Yam Mitrtown. Clean and comfortable.

Good Room

I had an amazing experience staying at Triple Y Hotel . It completely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was so relaxing and charming, which made my stay unforgettable. The hotel’s design and ambiance were perfect, and I loved how cozy and welcoming everything felt. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

Good location., Convenient Sizeable room, Good lighting, Good a/c , Good shower Helpful and kindness receptionist But don't except too much service provided, eg extra room key, or, towel ...they will be verified and re confirmed what's happening, abd why is that.

Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The room can cater for 4 persons easily but has to add additional payment. Quite satisfied with the service by hotel and convenient to get any fast food at 7 Eleven.There are plenty of foods at the premise nearby the area.

Love the day bed. The bed is also nice to sleep on. Good quality bedding and vibrant room

Great hotel and totally worth it. The room is spacious and there's a mall downstairs. The room is quiet and nice and you can reach bts by going to the mall downstairs within minutes.

Better than 2 five star hotel I previously stayed in Asok.
