Hotel is very conveniently beside BTS and room is pretty spacious! Will definitely consider booking again if there's another chance :) recommended

Good location and spacious rooms! It’s close to the BTS. The hotel and rooms are clean and people are nice. It’s close to blue elephant and divana. The only down side is that it’s not close to any big malls.

Fabulous hotel and the rooms are fantastic. Staff are very friendly too!

Good place with view to the city. Tasty coffee for the breakfast.

Hotel is good averagely. Just can find some thick dust at some corner of the room.

Nearby no 7-11 , abit troublesome , but the room is nice and clean and big .service not very good , order room service and they transfer my call and make me wait for 10min , I hang off call again and happened again . Till the 4th call then I get to order my food , wasted 40ish min on this

Friendly staff, nice room. I went to rooftop and swinming those are great. Breakfast is delicious and many menu recommend to stay here. Just next to BTS Surasak. We will come back again.

I have stayed here for more than 10 times each time I am in Bangkok (last was 3 years ago before the pandemic). This time round I was really disappointed with their room and services. The door was jammed and cannot be closed properly. The fridge is not cold enough until leaking water (I have videos of all these). Worst of all, the housekeeper took one of our key cards without providing any reason why they did that and they didnt close our door properly after housekeeping!!!!!! Leaving our door unlocked until we returned to the hotel after 10pm. We have to contact the lobby to ask them to check their CCTV if anyone came to our room during this period. If they do not beef up their services and upgrade your rooms/ mattress etc I will try other hotels next time I am in Bangkok...

Stayed for 3 nights. Locarion is acceptable, less than 5 mins walk to Surasak BTS and convenient to go Central for shopping. Room was big and view was fantastic, especially from the rooftop bar & the infinity pool. The bathtub is a plus.Breakfast spread was decent and we all liked the crispy becon very mch.However our experiences were affected by a few events: 1. Rooftop bar was having 1 fo1 1 promotion and 2 of us each ordered 1 drink and was only charged for 1. However when we visited the next evening, we were told the 1 for 1 was only for each person and cannot be shared, so we each had to order 2 drinks! The inconsistency in applying the policy left us all puzzled. 2. One the 2nd day, we left the hotel in the morning at 10am and put on the Housekeeping sign but when we returned at 6pm, the Housekeeper just started to clean our room. End up we had to wait at the lobby for another 30mins before we can go back to our room. 3. The shower gel was running low and was not top up on the 2nd day.. We purposely left the shower gel bottle at the wash basin on the 3rd day morning so that the Housekeeper would top up during Housekeeping but when we returned to the room at night, the bottle was still sitting on the wash basin and was not top up at all! The housekeeper also didn't leave extra roll of toilet paper and when the toilet paper ran out, we had to use our own tissue paper. We hope the hotel can improve on especially their Housekeeping service and do not mislead the guests with inconsistency of promotion policy and their internal employees are aware of the policy and explained to guests to avoid misunderstanding.
