Excellent hotel - great location out of the hustle and bustle of busy Bangkok but still close enough for a quick grab somewhere. Hotel provides a boat shuttle to Sathorn pier where you can take train or ferries up the river. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Two things were lost during our stay and both found quickly by staff, which we were very grateful. Breakfast was excellent - probably the best we’ve had! Very happy kids with fresh pancakes and waffles. Even an ice coffee station which we loved. There was some renovation work being completed while we were there but it wasn’t noticeable. Would definitely come back if staying in Bangkok again! Thank you everyone!

Great location. Free Shuttle boat ride to the pier very useful and great views of river. Breakfast was amazing. We also had dinner at the riverside restaurant perfect dinner setting. It was my father’s birthday and they prepared a nice cake and all the staff came to sing him happy birthday. Thank you very much for the fantastic experience!

Big hotel, overall satisfy. Nice river view, but maybe a bit inconvenient if you want to go to main area. One main point is the swimming pool cannot have direct sunlight and hence pool water is quite cold.

I was looking at hotels in Bangkok before finally choosing Ramada again as I had stayed there before. Ramada's twin suite is very nice. My only comments are the shower water pressure wasn't too great, the trash bin wasn't emptied everyday, the bathroom lights were a little dim & the 1-seater sofa was not comfortable to sit on as the seat cushion kept sliding out. The shower floor was extremely slippery when wet but fortunately the hotel provided a non slip rubber mat. I highly recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast. The food was good & the view of Chao Phraya River from the restaurant was fantastic. Without a doubt, I will choose Ramada again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Breakfast is good, but rooms is not available until 3pm, so its better to leave your luggage first and go somewhere by boat or grab

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Firstly we love the breakfast, great variety to cater to kids and adults. The room comes with a bathtub, and the bed is really comfortable. Though we got the pool view but we still have an excellent view of the river as we are in the corner room. The hotel comes with shuttle boat service which we can change again to Iconsiam to shop. It was Christmas and the staff gave us a sock with a gingerbreadman cookie. All in all we had a wonderful stay there.

One of the best hotel In Riverside Bangkok. Near Asiatique. Riverview rooms are really fantastic. Breakfast is very good. Specially room is very clean and well decorated. Bathroom is very big and beautiful. You can enjoy breakfast in open air at Riverside. Its great feeling to stay Ramada.

Very impress overall. Scenery from our bedroom is great. Breakfast is superb, so variety and all tasty. Service is very good as well. We have such a great time spending over there.

We came here for a football tournament this location is perfect as it is close to the football pitch and right next to asiatique market. It has a nice Chinese restaurant where we enjoyed our dim sum lunch and shark fin soup. Breakfast is also nice with a variety of local and western food but it is incredibly busy in the morning. You can choose the outdoor tables and enjoy the river view. This hotel has lots of western tour but mainly retirees. The spa is newly renovated. Swimming pool is big but our kids are too loud so got complained few times. Room is also nice but better if you can choose the renovated room.

I guess this hotel is mainly catered for Chinese tourists. There’s Chinese menu/instruction everywhere. My room smells, and the aircon does not work well More importantly, the bed is caved in, I cannot sleep properly without sliding towards the “cave” (you may see the photo) and that I can’t really turn around while i sleep Luckily this is Bangkok, you may easily find good massage to ease back problem if you are to sleep in one of these beds. This hotel needs some serious renovation.
