Hotelnya bagus, kualitas covernya rusak, cuma tidak bunyi. Di sebelah BTS terdapat link penghubung untuk memudahkan perjalanan. Ada sebuah restoran di dekat Sabai.

Lokasinya agak buruk tapi sepedanya Anda bisa naik taksi, fasilitasnya sangat bagus Harganya terlalu murah, jadi pelancong jangka panjang datang untuk bermain Tempat yang bagus Hanya sedikit jarak yang sering ditempuh para pelancong ada

Kamar tidak sesuai sama sekali dengan apa yang mereka tawarkan, sangat kotor ketika kami tiba semuanya basah mereka bahkan tidak mengeringkan lantai, mereka tidak membersihkannya mereka melewati air dan hanya itu. Tempat tidurnya sangat buruk, pegas kasur macet, seprai tua dengan lubang kecil, furnitur buruk, tidak ada televisi, dan tidak ada brankas di tempat yang secara teori merupakan suite mewah. Saya telah berkali-kali di hotel di Bangkok dan ini adalah yang terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi. Seluruh hotel kotor dan rusak, liftnya menjijikkan. Anda tidak boleh menginap di tempat ini.

Bad hotel ever, too dirty , bad service ,fake room picture warning everyone to not book this very bad hotel

Trust me! Don’t stay there, even don’t think about it to stay there just because it is cheap! The toilet is smelly. The room is old. The bedsheet is dirty. I understand it is really cheap. I confess it is my mistake to book this hotel just because Accor hotels are either fully booked or super expensive on 30 December 2023. I booked two days, I slept a few hours and decide to check out early. After this lesson learned, I move to Mövenpick suconvit 15 which is one of a few available Accor hotels with a premium price. But I tell myself I have saved one night cost by staying there a few hours. After hearing my experience, do you want to book?

The hotel is a old already..the tv not working..the dinning table is broken…the curtain in dirty…but the staff is friendly..they help me to get a taxi…

Please do not book this hotel. There are far better hotels than this. Pictures shown in site are totally fake. In reality it’s worst hotel with no amenities. Rooms are totally in bad conditions, AC not working , no towel, water. You need to ask them for each and every item. So please don’t waste your money. We had very bad experience and we left this hotel next morning its self although we booked it for 2 nights.

Worst rooms, zero cleanliness and worst atmosphere. I had to literally book a new hotel

Full of cockroaches! I even changed rooms once but still have 🪳! And they downgraded me from Deluxe bedroom to normal bedroom without refunding me the difference.The first room I had to kill around 40 cockroaches in one night while the second room I had to kill an average of 5 🪳 per day! The swimming pool is filled with garbage, dare you swim in it? Broken switches and leaking sinks that they agreed to fix but did nothing about it. Very reluctant cleaners! You only get your room clean if you tell the lobby reception specifically as approaching the cleaners they will claim they are busy. Even if they cleaned your room, they will punish you by taking your pillow or unused towel and not giving you a new one! No toiletries or bottled water were given by the cleaners and you have to ask the lobby staff for them and only if available! For three days I have no bottled water as they ran out! Dare you use the kettle if you suspect that cockroach 🪳 live in them?

The room was just terribly maintained and not properly cleaned. Not like the pictures online. We left immediately and booked another hotel.

Worse hotel i forget to see the reviews please do not consider this hotel I booked hotel and when i reached there they refused to give me the room . As they always given my room to someone and i was asking what to do now the staff just keep quiet i waste money and sleep at the reception for 5 hours. Humble request please do not go to this hotel

I tired to call to the hotel for Special request, no response, even Trip.com staff helping me to contact them, but still no response, even I email them as well. When I arrived hotel, at least 5 people in the lobby, they are complaining about no more room can give them. Actually my booking as well, the staff let us to cancel the booking, but the booking cannot be changed and refund.

Your Rooms Is Sucks ! dirty & not clean, bad towel, got cockroach in toilet, all 3 rooms the bed is sucks ! That’s why u give the good price . Roof top bar is cool & next to reception got cool shop that make us happy But we not happy with all the rooms that we booked Sorry, pls upgrade , it’s about time change your room to make it better like your hotel name . Totally not Bad 👎🏻
