Ulasan Jono Bangkok Asok Hotel

Ini kedua kalinya saya menginap di sini, tetapi tidak senyaman yang pertama. Saya memilih hotel ini karena harganya sepadan dengan kualitasnya, lokasinya bagus dengan jarak tempuh sekitar 10 menit ke Bts dan MRT, dan tempatnya benar-benar bagus dan bersih saat pertama kali saya menginap yaitu pada bulan Maret. Namun, kali ini saya menemukan banyak masalah seperti kamar mandinya tersumbat meskipun saya sudah meminta staf untuk memeriksanya. Pembantu rumah tangganya sama sekali TIDAK membersihkan kamar; mereka hanya membuang sampah dan merapikan tempat tidur karena saya dapat menemukan debu dan rambut di lantai di mana-mana. Mereka bahkan mengambil keset kamar mandi tanpa menggantinya. Bahkan untuk menginap sebentar, saya benar-benar merasa tidak puas.

Hotel Jono tergolong baru, sayangnya layanan kebersihannya menurun. Kamarnya kecil dan kompak dengan brankas, kulkas kecil, dan TV LCD dengan pilihan saluran terbatas. Wi-Fi kadang-kadang terputus, tetapi masih dalam batas wajar. Sayangnya layanan kebersihan di sini menurun drastis, saya tidak pernah mengganti seprai selama menginap dan mereka tidak pernah mengawasi bangku-bangku di kamar, saya tidak pernah mencuci atau menyimpan gelas, yang mengecewakan karena saya pernah menginap sebelumnya dan layanan kebersihannya lebih baik. Staf resepsionis hanya duduk di meja resepsionis dan melihat orang-orang berjuang untuk mengangkat barang bawaan mereka ke dalam hotel, karena ada beberapa anak tangga dan tidak ada jalan landai. Tetapi saya melihat orang-orang hanya melihat orang-orang dan tidak berusaha membantu ketika pelanggan kesulitan membawa barang bawaan mereka masuk. Nilai uangnya cukup terjangkau, lokasinya bagus, dekat pusat perbelanjaan Terminal 21, ada 7-Eleven di ujung jalan dan lokasinya bagus.

Good for sleeping in the city center with a reasonable price. The room is compact with the good storage under the bed. They have the things that you will need for sleeping.

Room was clean and cosy. Power sockets was ample to charge all your devices at the same time. Location was great with this price point, near to Metro and BTS. Can navigate to sky bridge via Exchange tower's escalator. Save you some energy on climbing the stairs. Lobby lounge is chill and there's utilities for microwave and coffee machine. Staffs were friendly and helpful too. If they were able to construct a roof top pool and gym, it will be a perfect place to stay. Now, with the only fault during my stay, was that AC was down from early morning till noon (heard its electricity fault) on my first sleep. Woke up in sweat! Totally unfortunate.

The location of the hotel is perfect. A lot of massage shops and good food nearby. Really appreciate the huge size of the bed 👍🏻

Location - Location is good. Near to BTS and convenient stores. Room - Small but enough for solo travellers. If you are a couple or intend to have a buying spree, I will not recommend it. Aircon is not strong despite the technician try to fix it. But it did improve a little. As mentioned, the room is terribly small. Hot water - I would give it 8/10. Most of the time there is hot water but not consistent. Lift - Depending on which side of the hotel you stay, you may need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the lift. Coing down will be the same. Staff - Average. Generally helpful but when I have several luggage to handle, no one cares. Housekeeping - Generally good. Hotel - They have a pantry where you can make yourself a drink like coffee and chocolate. Yes, it is free. Others - Throughout my 3 nights stay, they only provide 2 bottles of water. On second note, you can get free water from the pantry. So don't throw away the water bottles provided.

Budget option. No need for deposit. Free coffee and tea in the common room. Bed has a lot of pillows. Ac has a low hum all the time. Turns cool quite fast. Bed is medium hard. But must be one of the “softest” at this price that I’ve been too. Not suitable for children. See photo from the reception. Could be cleaner in the shower area. Just stayed 2 nights. The second day I put the do not disturb sign out by mistake instead of make up room. So I ended up turning the sign at around 16.00 was cleaned up by the time I got back again. The place is about 3 years old.

Located in a somewhat central area. Room is ideal for one person. Shower is a bit of a letdown since it doesn’t have a door, water splashes out to the toilet area. Good complimentary coffee.

Someone came into my room and stole my phone charger. I would like to kindly ask everyone to take photos of their belongings before leaving their rooms.

The room is pretty small which is OK for one person. But the gap between bed and wall is too narrow, hard to go to the bathroom. Also the fridge is tiny and on the wall so would hit it by accident. The mirror has damage, would be better just having a nice photo or picture instead. Bad feng shui. Pretty poor for the price.

second time staying here and love it all over again! convenient location (next to 711 and Asok BTS). the shared kitchen in the lobby is so nice with utensils and free hot drinks! the jenga def a time-killer. 😁 overall, highly recommended

The cleanliness can be improved. But the price is cheap and location is not far from Asok BTS.

A little far walking distance from Asok station. Mention does not want the room close to the Lift and unfortunately they put me in a room exactly facing the Lift opening. The electrician opened my room suddenly for maintenance! Damn what kind of communication In this hotel? They allow me to check out late at 2pm but this is not acceptable
