Stayed here for a night because we were locked out of our rental. It was clean and big, it had a pool and basic breakfast. Furnishings are a bit outdated.

The front desk was very welcoming and accomodating. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was nice for relaxing in the sun. A very convenient location. Would recommend if staying in Siem Reap.

Great service (the welcome cold lemongrass tea and cool mint towel when we arrived was a nice touch) at this hotel! Pool is nice and the breakfast was decently good. Only complaint about the room comes down to the shower with extremely low water pressure, which made it hard to wash hair, etc. The staff is very helpful…on our last day they assisted in booking a car for us to Sihanoukville and prepared a pre-made breakfast book as we would leave super early the next morning. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

First day, I gave my laundry. They said next day afternoon. They were not ready the next day. They said the dryer was broken so all my clothes were wet. This was an outside service that they use. So I asked for my wet clothes or to send it to a different outside service. Every day only large bath towels were provided. No hand towels or small towels. I had to asked for them every day. And they would only give one small towel even though my room was for two adults. The rooms are large, but dirty.. covered in spiders and spiderwebs. The floors are dirty, not cleaned well. For the price, it should have better service and be cleaner. Also, the hot water barely works. Some times doesn’t work. If it does work, it takes at least 15 minutes for the water to get warm. Their guide and booked tour is not good, don’t book through the hotel. You can just book a grab for cheaper. Pool is nice, but doesn’t get a lot of sun and the chairs are dirty.

Lovely property, easy to walk to Old Market and Pupstreet

Very nice quiet hotel colonial style looking. Huge rooms with all facilities. Sweating pool worth to visit and chill around. Can book a sunrise tour to Ankor Wat on reception desk, stuff always happy to help. Would suggest to buy a proper coffee machine for all time use :)

Pleasant stay in a double room with a view of the pool. Comfortable bed, good a la carte breakfast, very friendly staff. Would happily return.

The service is very very good, and the service staff is extremely friendly. The hotel environment is very good, close to the bar street and the old market, about 400 to 500 meters, but very quiet. The restaurant tastes good, and I had two dinners. If you don't order drinks, you will get juice or ice water for free. Breakfast is $5.5 and there are four sets. There are not many options, and the coffee is not good. The massage is a little different from Thailand. The room is clean and spacious, but the sliding door is easy to break, and there is a spider web in a corner. The shower water is not hot enough, but a little cold. Overall, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits, and it is a relatively pleasant experience.
