Pleasant stay.
Convenient location and easy access to all kinds of transport.
Cleanliness I would say its about 8/10 (not sparkling clean but manageable)

Before arriving at the hotel iwas apprehensive about the quality of this hotel . but it was very pleasent surprice. Check in was very smooth. Mr kailash luggage transfer very fast bed and linen were spotless clean the washroom was clean and had all essential toiletries.

Staff is very helpful and kept the premises very clean. The eating place attached to the hotel is a plus. Great breakfast and vegetarian food is available right below. Rooms had good ventilation and amenities.

It is a nice budgeted hotel. Adjacent to Lalbagh Garden. Friendly front office persons - Amit and Hemant. I recommend this hotel for business and family visits. I am a regular guest so I get the facility of early check-in if the rooms are available. It is a nice gesture and I appreciate this.

Efficient and supportive front-office staff ... but when we entered the room, there were no towels, no kettle, no coffee/tea/sugar sachets & cups/glasses, and one had to follow up with housekeeping staff to get these. Also, room maintenance needs to improve ... room window could not be closed fully, telephone was not working throughout our stay, erratic wifi and leakimg shower & health faucet ...
