We planned to extend our stay for a night and to stay more nights but was sad when the rooms were fully booked because of Songkran Festival.

Older of the Nova group hotels I use, perfectly adequate large comfortable studio room 40m+. Comfy huge bed, decent TV and Aircon. Plumbing reflected the age with slightly eccentric shower settings. Nice big pool area, large car park and dining, drinking options close by, and of course 7/11 within 100m. Location is perfect for me 10 mins walk to 2nd rd/3rd rd or Pattaya Klang (central) good value for large room.

centara azure is a mino oasis in the centre of pattaya but also not so noisy as some others to mention I would say highlights are the excellent breakfast and the swimming pool with swim up bar hotel is friendly and welcoming, will stay again for sure

At the reception they did not give us coupons for breakfast and did not say anything about it. When we came for breakfast we were met by an unpleasant Thai woman who asked for these coupons, but we did not even know where to get them. Today people gathered and asked her to fill empty bowls with food. If there was nothing!!! Everything was empty with vegetables, with fruits too, in response to my request she took a tray with bread and filled it. Only the man who works there ran and tried to fill empty dishes with food. In the photo is the view from our balcony. In general, I liked the room. The only thing is that the pillow is very hard. The bed is the biggest I have ever slept on! We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Orthodox church, because it was Christmas

Having been to Thailand several times, I decided to visit Pattaya. I booked this hotel and ended up extending because it was in the perfect location. Close to everything. I walked everywhere. Had the best time ever. So much going on. It’s not a Posh place, but the price is right. The staff was exceptional in everything—cleaning, front desk, bell man, security guard, breakfast cooker. I interacted with probably 15 different staff members in 3 days and they were awesome! I will repeat this trip every year.

Spacious Rooms, Strategic Location, but Some Drawbacks I stayed at Grand Bella Hotel, Pattaya for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The strategic location is a major plus—easily accessible and close to many key attractions. One of the highlights is the two beautiful swimming pools, perfect for a quick dip or lounging around. I also appreciated the free luggage storage service, which allowed me to store my bags while waiting for check-in or my flight without any hassle. Another bonus? The hotel doesn’t require a room deposit, which is a rare convenience. However, my only disappointment was the lack of an elevator in Block B, where my room was located. Staying on the 4th floor meant climbing stairs daily, which can be tiring, especially after a long day out. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort, good amenities, and a central location in Pattaya, but do check your room’s block if stairs might be an issue for you.

The pools are stunning n the staffs are nice.when we were collecting our rooms,we found one of them was canceled by the agency.we're disappointed but it's solved in the end.Easy to get to sheep farm & Dino Kindom.Floating breakfast is a must!!!

It is a wonderful hotel that was designed like separate villas. Everything was great. There was a private pool, spacious villas, and a kitchenette. Everything was top-notch. The hotel has a good location. The beach is not far away, there are many cafes around and a large shopping center is not far away. Highly recommend it!

I booked a double room with external toilets/ bathroom via trip for 2 nights. On arrival, I had the weirdest reception however. The room key card to trigger power for room was not working properly to ask for help! An older caretaker/ maintenance male grudgingly waked me to room to show me the card was able to trigger the power on for room. He found however that I had turn aircon remote to 16 degrees as I had in my frustration in not being able to had the power turned on with room card. I then received the Most SHOCKING berating and chiding for having turning A/C to 16 degrees for the moment in my frustration of not being able to trigger the power on in room. He gestured and demonstrated how I should turned the A/C to 22 degrees and have the fan on high instead and stormed out of the room without a word after lecturing me. I had just arrived and went to asked for help with power in room and received a hostile berating as if I was a kid?? I do not know the people, had not dirtied the place or owed the money..but My Gosh…what a hostile, unwelcome and rude berating as if I owed the establishment something? The only reason I could think that I had received such an unwelcome “reception” is possibly booked through Trip and possibly received a low price for room they were not happy with. Anyways, the property is just front of beach along beach road with Tops supermarket below and 8 Eleven steps away. The room is spacious with large mirror and nice big curtains. You get sky light but wondow face another building and not sea view which is still great for price I’ve paid. The toilets and shower area are wonderful and best I’ve seen…the spaciousness and lighting in toilet/shower made it look and feel like an hotel/ SPA. Nonetheless, I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon with the STRANGE hostile reception I’ve received. I am sure they are mostly decent hardworking people…however I will not be returning anytime soon! I hope Trip can look also into pricing the bookings in such manner that the hostels/motels/ motels do not take it out on customers!! Thank you!
