THE WORST! Do not stay here at all cost. I book a suite, and expect nothing more. At least a basic. Initially booked for 2 nights, but had to left the next morning. We checked in at 9pm, were given room that is not ready. Request to makeup the room, they do not want to change the sheet. BedSheet was dirty, toilet is broken dirty and mold everwhere. Bedside table was full of spiderweb, curtain was brokenzz

The hotel’s old. But when I’m traveling, I’m not into luxurious and expensive hotels. I’d rather spend my money to other things during that travel. So, if you’re into a good hotel at a cheaper price, as long you’re secured, with wifi, breakfast and swimming pool, this hotel’s a match. And the best from this hotel, its location, just walking distance to Bugis Street. This is the cheapest good hotel you can get around its location.

I sincerely recommend everyone not to come here. The photos on the Internet are very different from the actual hotel. I originally chose to stay in this hotel after reading the reviews. I regretted it so much. Even though I have been to various countries, I have never seen anything so disgusting. On the first day When I made the bed that night, I found three bugs like the ones in the picture on the bed. Then when I moved the entire bed, I found another bug. I didn’t know if it was a bedbug or a tick. Anyway, it was very disgusting, so I went to the counter and asked for it. After changing rooms, of course I found that the pillows and bath towels were also very dirty, black and yellow, so after changing rooms I used their quilts to wrap the pillows before I dared to sleep. The key hotel did not provide a hair dryer! This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not provide a hair dryer. Even if there is no hair dryer in the room, there should be a hair dryer that can be borrowed at the counter, but there is no such thing! I was really dumbfounded, and then the breakfast was completely unpalatable and the food on offer was terrible.

Very bad, the toilet can't flush, and the toilet lid fell off. I asked the front desk to change the room, but they refused because there were no rooms. I asked for someone to repair it, and they told me to wait in the room. No one came the next day, so I had to use a kettle to flush the toilet. The shower faucet and water pipes were rotten, and the water had leaked out when it reached the upper water pipes, and it couldn't reach the shower head at all. I could only use a towel to catch some water for the feet and wipe my body. There was a gas station and a road under the window of the room. The whole night was filled with roaring motors and alarms, and I almost didn't sleep all night. I booked it because the reviews said that although it was old, it was convenient to get in and out, quiet, and there was parking. If I knew the truth, I would not stay there even if I had to pay for it. To avoid pitfalls for later comers, I must give a truthful evaluation.

Need to focus on the cleanliness of the toilet, pillows, mattress. The room smells of cigarette smoke. The family is also disturbed by people knocking on the door at night.

Strategic location to Braga, but the building is old. Breakfast is lacking, service is OK. The deluxe room does not match the one in the photo.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the location is good, a stone's throw away from the busy streets, and very quiet. However, parking is not free, but it will not be. 5000 rupiah per night. Breakfast is a bit simple.

The hotel is spacious and clean... they still clean my room even if I don't request it. I like this hotel because it has prayer rugs. Only the floor needs to be repaired because the floor is cracked and can hurt your feet
