Ulasan Aman Hills Hotel

I wasn't expecting much as this was only a cheap booking for a few nights as we prepared to move back to the UK. On arrival the reception staff were totally disinterested as I struggled with the door and a number of suitcases. Don't be swayed to choose this hotel because breakfast is included, this was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. There was a choice of shriveled potato wedges, cold rice or cold noodles. Bread was available to make your own toast. There appears to be a problem with the hotel's plumbing system as the pipework continually makes noise. Talking of noise, I was also not impressed with the cleaner who was sat in the lobby outside our room playing something on her phone extremely loudly.

Room is clean but still can improve, breakfast is simple. Swimming water is dirty & gym need a big upgrade equipment get rusty.

Checked in probably pass 1am, noone at the reception. We tried calling them, the phone in the lobby rang... Finally someone arrived to let us check in after 20 mins of waiting. Breakfast wasn't great. Food spread consists of fried noodle, fried rice, fried nugget, eggs, sandwiches, bread, cornflakes, tea, coffee, cordial. Food was so so. Very basic room, no hair dryer, no tissue (just half a roll of toilet paper in the toilet), no cotton buds nor moisturiser provided. As we were checking out, the receptionist asked us to wait. Apparently something about us haven't paid yet. My assumption is that they are unable to see trip.com booking and payment. We were late for an appointment as the lady made us wait almost 20 minutes. And even after that, 'please wait'... Would expect more from this hotel but unfortunately it didn't meet our expectation especially the waiting part.
