Ok, bilik luas, sarapan bayaran mahal utk kanak2, sebab anak tak makan sangat

Service yang diberikan setanding dengan harga. Sangat berbaloi. Family trip. Sarapan sedap dan banyak pilihan. Cuma dinner di luar perlu keluar jauh sikit dari kawasan hotel. Lepak malam di hardrock cafe sangat santai.

Sangat memuaskan..privasi dan sesuai utk berehat bersama famili. Bilik kami mengadap Desaru waterpark. Servis shuttle dan buggy disediakan utk kemudahan ke private beach berdekatan yang dikongsi bersama The Westin hotel. Menu breakfast juga sangat pelbagai dan staf yang sangat friendly. In shaa Allah, kami datang lagi ke sini.

Suasana yang cukup menyenangkan.. layanan yang mesra, pekerja yg sgt membantu dan ikhlas.. kawasan yang luas dan sgt memuaskan.. sarapan pelbagai pilihan.. cuma kena pertimbangkan semula waktu pendaftaran masuk dan pendaftaran keluar.. yang lain semua ok. Ada rezeki lebih akan menginap di sini semula.. kekalkan sikap pekerja yang seperti sedia ada. Pastikan ditambah baik mengenai waktu check in dan check out. Semasa saya menginap, lif hanya 1 sahaja yang berfungsi. Dan yang terakhir, pastikan informasi yang tepat untuk pelawat-pelawat yang akan menginap. Saya mendapat maklumat yang salah berkenaan wirstband waterpark. Saya tidak dimaklumkan jika saya booking melalui pihak ketiga ( trip , Agoda, trevaloka, trivago dan sebagainya) saya tidak akan mendapat tiket percuma untuk 2 org. Sebaliknya saya diberitahu jika saya booking bilik tersebut saya tetap akan mendapat 2 tiket waterpark free. Apabila saya check in dan bertanyakan pasal tiket waterpark sebaliknya yang berlaku. Sila pastikan semua maklumat telus dan mudah difahami. Terima kasih

We 1st time visited Desaru & check in Hard rock hotel as early as 12.30pm. Most surprising was that Waterpark were open on eve of ***** New Year, thought it should be close for maintenance on every Tuesday. Family enjoyed very much at hard rock hotel & were looking forward to revisiting again.

We had a great stay at Hard Rock Desaru! Big and spacious room with balcony facing the pool. We had 2 meals at the hotel and both restaurants were yummy. Great service from the team. If you are heading to the adventure water park, it is connected to the hotel! We will come back again!

Overall great experience for staycation for weekend getaway ! Would be great if more activities to join in the hotel. Food varieties for buffet is good!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru with our family, including our 3-year-old twins. The hotel perfectly blends a vibrant rock-and-roll atmosphere with family-friendly amenities.The kids' pool area was a highlight for us, featuring splash zones and shallow waters that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The staff were incredibly attentive specially duty manager Syam who helped us with in getting interconnected room since our request didn't go through in the system, and the hotel's thoughtful touches, like kid-friendly dining options and a welcoming vibe, made traveling with toddlers so much easier. The private beach is 5 mins walk through a short passage crossing WESTIN. Our interconnected rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fun rock-themed decor that our twins loved. We also appreciated the proximity to Adventure Waterpark, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru is an excellent choice for families seeking a mix of relaxation and fun. We'll definitely return!

Rooms are clean and spacious! Very convenient as it is connected to Adventure Water Park and nearby to food places as well. Live bands at night makes the hotel very lively. Very kids and family friendly too.
