The cooking temperature was perfect; the twice-cooked Black Mountain pork was rich but not greasy, and the stir-fried greens were crisp and delicious. What truly stood out was the use of authentic Northeast rice and ******* rock salt. The ingredients were fresh, the seasonings were meticulous, and you could really taste the natural sweetness of the food. Eating here for several meals in a row left my stomach feeling great, without that heavy feeling you often get from eating out. The hotel also offers a breakfast with local ingredients, including porridge, noodles, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and eggs – a complete selection that's nourishing for the stomach. Bama isn't just a paradise for seniors; its beautiful mountains and clear waters are also perfect for young people worn out by fast-paced life to restore their vitality."
