"Overall it was ok, after all the price was not cheap. But the service attitude was really bad, they spoke in a low voice, and they were unwilling to answer me when I asked again. The next day I asked the front desk to help me book a car to the airport. I booked it for 6:50 the night before, but when I went there at this time in the morning, the same front desk said that I didn't tell them just now, so I thought I didn't want it, and then I had to wait for 22 minutes again, and the price was twice as much as the taxi we took from the airport!"

"The location is excellent, right on the Inner Harbor, surrounded by numerous restaurants. We booked a suite with two excellent bathrooms and a panoramic view of the harbor. The hotel's design is modern, and the infinity pool offers direct views of the harbor. The only drawback is parking, as parking is restricted in the central area. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with an evening piano concert that ends around 10:30 PM."

"I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!"

"Was looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too."

"Our first stay at Wilson House exceeded every expectation. Guy and Clelia are warm, genuine hosts who make you feel immediately at home in their beautiful historic property. The house itself is full of fascinating decor and character, and everything from the beds to the common spaces was clean and comfortable. What really set this stay apart was Guy. He has a remarkable personal history and generously shared stories and mementos with us. We were completely captivated. Then, when I realized I'd forgotten my belt for a formal event, he didn't just lend me one, he drove us to the event himself! That kind of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. The other guests were equally delightful: kind, interesting, and easy to be around. It added to the sense that Wilson House draws a certain kind of thoughtful visitor. We will absolutely be back the next chance we get. Highly recommended."

Comfort Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

"The room was left dirty which I reported right away and requested a new room only to be told that there were no other rooms available. The floor still had debris left on it, there was mold and black hair in the bath tub with mold noted above the bath tube ceiling, the toilet seat needed to be replaced, the windows were filthy with smeared hand prints all over the glass, and there was only one garbage can in the room. When I arrived both TV's were not working. For two TV's in the room, there was only one remote. I went to the front desk and was given a new remote. That remote was useless. I called the front desk and told them that the TV's still would not turn on. I had to wait over an hour before the clerk from the front desk came up to the room with two new remotes. Apparently one remote was for a Samsung TV and the other remote was for an LG TV. One more thing, there was NO coffee in the lobby, only a sign stating that the coffee machine was "out of order". When I asked for extra coffee packets for the room, I was only given one packet and had to ask for an extra packet. The hotel is a dump and needs to be renovated and cleaned up. The location of the hotel is in sketchy area and not safe at night."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful experience while visiting Baltimore for her volleyball tournament. Every single employee we spoke with from valet to the front desk to the servers at the attached restaurant were AMAZING. They were friendly, accommodating, and engaging. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. We didn't venture out much since the sidewalks were covered in ice and it was below freeing outside but there seems to be plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby as well as a Whole Foods which I always appreciate. However, the attached restaurant served a delicious French-inspired menu for dinner and brunch the next day."
