Very cute villa in the north of Ubud. Very spacy and cute villa. I would advise to have a driver or a scooter as it’s quite far from everything but you get a peaceful surrounding. When rainy, the bathroom can get quite crowded with insects but only happened once. The service is excellent and the reception is very fast in helping.

A hotel with lots of nature and a great view. Hot water is always available for a long time. There was a lack of communication between staff, so there were a few times when the service provided was different from what was asked of the staff. The location of the activity was different from what was told to reception in advance, and the rental time for the bikes was different. The pool water was clean and not smelly, which was nice. The view from the pool was also nice.

A resort hotel in the mountains of Ubud! It is very far from the airport. It takes more than 2.5 hours to arrive on weekdays and traffic jams, but it is a good place to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax physically and mentally. In terms of accommodation, it is quite quiet and peaceful overall. The breakfast is excellent and completely a la carte. But the portion size and taste are very good, and the service staff at both restaurants are great! Very considerate and caring about guests’ feelings! The lobby manager is very cute and helpful in reserving good seats for dinner and watching the show. The only fly in the ointment is that there are not many activities in the hotel. After all, in a hotel in the mountains, guests spend a lot of time in the hotel. In addition to playing in the swimming pool and showing off their butts, the only other option is a paid SPA, but without advance reservation, I'm afraid You can't schedule the time you want; there is also an open gym about 6 square meters in size that is free to use. This is a place suitable for people who are completely free and do not participate in activities. The only thing I don't like is the girl at the check-in/out counter. She said she was the housekeeper taking care of me for the past few days, but the overall service was clearly scripted. However, facing me who didn't understand the language, she was a little impatient when explaining the deposit part. Sigh in front of me! During the 2 and a half days I stayed there, we only spoke during check-in and check-out. I didn't feel her enthusiasm for service, only her eyes eager for tips. Even before leaving, I asked her what the activities in the square were, and she just gave a brief explanation. It was not like other service staff who would kindly take guests to experience the activities and introduce them. Last but not least, they sent me an email the next day saying that I had not paid the SPA money and wanted to demand it from me. I was very suspicious! Since the URL is not the name of the hotel, I suspect that customer information may have been leaked!

The newly opened hotel should actually be a homestay. It is a family-run maintenance, just two rooms of villa. The concealment is very good, quiet, and there is the sound of chickens and dogs at night. Suitable for couples honeymoon. Small swimming pool, large room, large bathroom and bathtub, local special decoration. There are two shortcomings: relatively remote, there is no place to eat nearby. Breakfast is one of three choices, not recommended American set meals. The flaws are not concealed, it is worth five points.

Amazing hotel right in the middle of the jungle near Ubud. The whole staff was so helpful and made sure at all times that we were comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel has an amazing view and offers excellent breakfast options in the morning. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located outside of town so a driver or own transportation is needed. There is a free shuttle to Ubud city centre that is very handy in case you want to visit the city. Definitely do not regret to have booked there and avoided the crowd and noise of Ubud city.

Great little villa in the remote area of Sebatu village. It’s very secluded place perfect for a single traveler looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy streets of Ubud (the closest bigger city) as well as couples just trying to relax and spend some time together. It’s 10km from Ubud or good 1 hour of car to get there (traffic is pretty crazy) however if you don’t need the lights of the city or more social environment you have pretty much everything around the villa. Several restaurants that are 300-700meter away with pretty decent food options for both lunch and dinner. On top of that you have couple of massage places nearby as well. Fairly close to Tegalallang rice terraces (around 20min by scooter). To finish I’d say that the villa is small but very comfortable. The staff is pretty available and hospitable. Definitely recommended.

Had a 2-night stay, was upgraded to a 2-bedroom villa as a birthday surprise. The less-than-good: - The location. Not just far from central Ubud, but from everything else. No mini mart within comfortable walking distance. - Inaccessible. To get from the lobby to the main road, there is a long and VERY steep road. Some of our drivers had difficulty going up/down, most bike riders will refuse to go down. You have to climb lots of steps to go to anywhere from your villa as the whole property is on a steep hillside. Not elderly or wheelchair friendly. The perfect: - The staff. Amazing. All smiles, very helpful. Upgraded us and decorated the bed. - The view. You'll be in a rice terrace valley. Spectacular in the day. Better than a seaview. - The infinity pool. - The food. Breakfast was wonderful with enough variety. - The activities. Expect yoga and cooking classes etc, but the highlight was a Balinese dance night over a 4-course dinner. Memorable. - The beds and bathrooms. Large, comfortable. A wonderful stay, good for a few nights to lay low and be one with nature, especially if you don't plan on going out much.
