Hotel dekat Nelayan Beach, Bali

We stayed 7 days in this place hoping for a more spacious room. It’s located very close to the beach & restaurants that are walkable to. There’s a nice Italian restaurant down the street and M mart nearby. The staff at the restaurant was helpful, kind and acknowledgeable and they had a good time with the hotel customers on New Year’s Eve. The lobby reception staff, not so much. We had incident of ants near around pillow area and told the receptionist. Her response was that they sent the housekeeping staff to clean up deeply. However, the situation wasn’t resolved and it didn’t seem like anyone tried their best with it either. That was extremely uncomfortable. The balcony doors shake when it rains heavily. The cleaning was average. Compared to Marriott, where we already spent a week, the staff wasn’t as attentive to any issues & seemed like they had no solutions. Restaurant food was okay , though gets boring eating from the same menu after a while. The breakfast was very average, for a 4 star hotel. As mentioned by other reviewers, there’s loud music coming from the beach clubs nearby. Overall, average stay, nothing too special, they need to work on the cleanliness . The rooms can feel very far away , depending where they put you. The laundry room was an advantage, however kept having issues , so in the end we didn’t up using it anymore .

Really enjoyed coming back to Aston Canggu after 1 year to see that the bathrooms have been refurbished. The breakfast buffet spread remains unbeatable to me. The bed is comfy and the stay was enjoyable. Location-wise, really close to the beach with great sunsets but on Fridays and Saturdays, the sound coming from the club next door was pretty loud despite living on the 3rd floor, yes I know sound travels upwards, sound proofing could be improved. The room door is also rather thin, you could hear kids running and screaming in the corridor or just adults if they are talking loudly.

How can I say about the hotel? Compared with the price of 200 euros, I will say a few fair words: 1/ The hotel is relatively new, the room has a balcony, the room is not big, and the decoration is not bad. 2/ You can see the sea from a distance on the balcony, but it is not a first-line sea view. I booked a sea view king room for RMB 1,600 3/ The rooftop swimming pool is good, you can watch the sunset 4/ There is a lively neighborhood outside, there are many white people, and there are lively bars restaurants. 5/ The staff is very friendly Disadvantages 1/ It is said to be a sea view, but the first thing you see when standing on the balcony is a ruined land covered with weeds, and you can also see the unfinished building when you face the sea. 2/ The toiletries in the hotel are very simple, and the slippers are very thin 3/ There is no bathrobe, no bathtub, only one USB port and one type C charging port, and no mini bar 4/ 1,600 does not include breakfast, the breakfast list costs about RMB 120, and you can order dishes for dinner, which is semi-self-service. It feels that the cost performance is not high.

A small and cozy hotel, good size for 2 adults. Hotel is very nice, giving cool vibes. However, there is quite a high step to toilet that you will need to be careful when using at night. You will also need to find the right length to close the toilet door as it does not cover fully well if you're sharing with your friends.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hostel numerous times, and while it may not be exceptional, it has consistently provided a hassle-free experience. On our previous visit six months ago, we were pleased to observe that the hostel had undertaken some notable improvements. Unfortunately, our latest stay revealed a decline in standards. The subpar condition of the towels and linen sheets is a pressing concern that may influence our decision to return to this hostel during our next Bali trip. Despite this, we still enjoyed our time here.

Here's a revised version of your review: --- **Great Stay, but Checkout Drama** Our stay at this 4-bedroom villa in Canggu was fantastic! It was perfect for our family of two adults, two kids, and a baby. The villa offered plenty of space, a beautiful private pool, and all the amenities we needed. It’s well-located near cafes, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. However, the drama started at checkout. They accused us of taking a pool towel and even opened our suitcase in front of our children to check, but found nothing. After insisting they check the CCTV footage, it turned out nothing was missing. It seems the housekeeping may have miscounted the towels, but they refused to acknowledge that. I’d advise anyone staying at a villa to ask for a checklist after housekeeping to avoid these kinds of issues—especially when dealing with children in front of them.

The hotel is great. I stayed at Como in Phuket before and was very satisfied. I also booked this hotel when I came to Canggu this time. Very stable quality. Both hardware and software are of high standard. The hotel staff has very good service attitude and is very professional. The swimming pool and room are very clean. The hotel's Beach club is great, right by the beach. It's comfortable to watch the sunset while having dinner~ It's just opposite la Brisa, which is very convenient to go to Brisa. There are also many restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about eating. The hotel breakfast is also delicious.

Amazing hospitality and service! It was one month past our wedding anniversary but they managed to still make it a special one 💗 Thank you to Ms Daisy and all the friendly front desk associates for putting in so much effort in ensuring we are always comfortable throughout our stay. Location was alright, Seminyak’s traffic is just really bad and it will never change. Beach was not accessible as there are construction work going on. Needed to grabbike all the way to double six beach to get closer to the waves.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. Service was very good - staff was very proactive, always asked us if we needed anything else. Only feedback is there were no porters, had to carry 30kg luggage at the steep slope/ stairs which is quite dangerous. Location is so-so, can be very traffic and the walk to the hotel from the main road is quite dark with no lights so don't walk alone too late at night. There's a mini mart 3 min walk from the hotel which is good. Hotel room is nice, quite clean. Hairdryer is strong and good, not the usual weak ones. Breakfast has not much variety but acceptable. Gym is not good - super small, equipment are old and tv isnt working.
