My stay at Renaissance Uluwatu was overall very enjoyable, with several highlights that made it memorable. The Clay Craft restaurant was truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to participate in their fruit carving activity, and it was such a unique experience. Special thanks to the instructor, Farhan, who was not only professional and patient but also shared fascinating background stories about the hotel, adding a wonderful personal touch.
The Navigator team was outstanding, always ready to offer helpful recommendations and assistance, and the Duty Manager was highly diligent and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay.
However, there were a couple of minor issues. My room’s telephone didn’t work for the first two days, and I noticed that the bed linen hadn’t been properly cleaned upon arrival. These details could use some improvement.
Despite these small setbacks, my overall experience was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Stunning villa with huge private pool and whirlpool very suitable for family with 2 kids. Modern renovated fittings and technology such as Sonos speakers. Great clean beach accessible by hotel car in just 2 mins. Well kept gardens. Outstanding kids club staff.

The most beautiful room in Bali, the view is unparalleled, the housekeeper is super nice, the floating breakfast is free, and the public area is open to the public. Guests of your own hotel do not receive corresponding preferential treatment. You cannot make reservations for the cave restaurant when staying in the hotel. People in the public swimming pool There are many. If you want to go there, you have to make a reservation in advance. They can spend a few hundred yuan to stay here for a day. Hotel guests would have to pay more than 8,000 a night to enjoy the same treatment. The hotel is also relatively small, with only eight villas and two restaurants. Apart from being comfortable in your own room, there are no other interesting activities. You will get bored after staying for a long time.

Honestly, it’s pretty great. The villa is relatively new, everything works well, and the design is stylish.
The surrounding area is very quiet, making it a peaceful retreat. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which isn’t always the case in Bali. The bedding is excellent.
I slept like a baby. It’s an ideal spot if you’re planning to stay with friends or family.
That said, you can tell it’s a newer construction that was built somewhat quickly. The finishing touches aren’t perfect, but it’s still a great place overall.
I was a bit afraid at first because of the very few reviews but I didn't regretted to go there that was the best vila I had in Bali.

Everything from check in to check out was nothing but amazing. Hotel grounds are well maintained, all the staff were polite, attentive and discreet. Our assigned butler, Dewa, made sure all our activities were arranged and even helped arrange a surprise birthday cake in the villa.
Villas are well designed for privacy and the hotel grounds are vast enough that it never seemed crowded.
It’s a splurge but it’s well worth the experience. Will definitely be back.

Bedsheet, bed, pillow cases are a bit old and cleanliness aren’t very ideal. I was feeling itchy the entire night. Rest including locations and hardware are good.

The shuttle bus was slow, and the butler service was slow to respond. I added WeChat and there was no response for an hour several times. The hotel hardware is OK, and the environment is beautiful. The food tastes very average, and the breakfast is not very good. The service and catering are indeed far behind Raffles. In comparison, the kids club feels the best. The waiters are very enthusiastic in playing with the children, and there are also rich activities.

Extremely disappointed. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. What bothered me the most was the lack of cleanliness. It’s not a complete disaster, but when you book a 5-star hotel, you expect the room to be spotless. The air conditioning had an unpleasant odor, the bedding was just average, and I found hairs in the bathroom, along with spiders and sand.
These kinds of issues are usually things you’d overlook in a 2- or 3-star hotel, but they’re unacceptable at this level. The food was awful—avoid eating at the hotel and explore the surrounding area instead; Bali has much better options to offer. Honestly, the place feels like a 5-star hotel stuck in the 1970s, with a dated American vibe. On the bright side, the Japanese-style toilets were a nice touch, but overall, the experience was very underwhelming.

Just to provide some context to my review, i stayed in the Sky Pool Suite, and it cost me USD820 per night (that’s SGD1,110).
The condition of the suite was appalling to me. It was poorly maintained. Photos speak for themselves. Ceilings covered with mould & algae. Walls stained. Wooden pool deck floorboards covered with algae, extremely slipperly when wet after getting out of the pool. Metal beams all around the ceiling were rusty. The floor & table in the room were covered with dust. Sliding glass doors weren’t cleaned. Giant exhaust pipes literally just adjacent to the suite, with outlets 2-3metres away from the suite’s outdoor bathtub pumping out plumes of smoke, ensuring you won’t breathe in the fresh Uluwatu air. Clothes hangers were covered in rust. Handheld showerhead had a layer of dirt over it. Height of the showerhead could not be adjusted because the adjustable knob was unusable. Room’s desk lamp was broken. Power outlet on the desk was broken and loose.
I’ve been to Bali many times, and i’m certain this is one of the most poorly maintained hotel rooms i’ve stepped into, despite having paid the most that i’ve ever had for a few nights’ stay at a Bali hotel. You can see the photos and judge for yourself.
On a positive note, every member of the service staff we came into contact with during our stay was amazing. They are always smiling and will make you feel most welcome. I cannot say enough about their service. Frisky was the duty manager who attended to my concerns about the condition of the suite, when i raised this on the last night of my stay there. He offered to have the room cleaned, he offered us a ride to the airport provided by the hotel for the next day, and he let us stay in the suite up to 430pm the next day, the day we were checking out, which was the time we needed to leave the hotel.
Adi the GEM supervisor & Yoga the Rocka restaurant manager were also very helpful & left an impression. There were many other service staff whom i’ve had the privilege to meet whom i am unable to name individually, who made the experience at the hotel (while i was outside the suite) a truly memorable and special one.
The service was truly deserving of a 5 stars rating.
New modern hotel. The hotel itself is small, 10 absolutely identical houses, everything is new and clean, two floors, the air conditioners work just great. It's really cool that each house has its own exit directly to the pool. In terms of location, it is very convenient, there are many cafes, exchange offices, pharmacies, etc. nearby. It is advisable to be on a bike or car, but if anything, you can take a taxi to any location.
The only downside is that at night the neighbors' dog howls and you can hear planes flying by, but the staff puts 2 new pairs of earplugs next to the bed every day)

GGuest UserThe room is small, we took it because it was close to the airport. I definitely wouldn't stay there for more than two nights, it's too small. But overall it's not bad. The staff is great. The room was dry (I think this is a problem in Bali, there's dampness everywhere)

BBOJANOur stay was nice. The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it was located next to the golf course. There is also a swimming pool available. Although it is a bit far from the beaches and the main area, having a bike makes it convenient to get around, and there is an option to rent bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

IIvanHotel is bit far, but it's quiet and good for relaxation. Pandawa beach is 10-15 min walk. Green Bowl beach is 10min away with scooter, which by the way you can rent in a hotel. Staff are so nice. Hotel is super clean. Don't know why but we got upgraded to a bungalow. It was awesome. There are some local restaurants close by (nice food). You can also eat at hotel. You definitely need bike if you plan to move more.

GGuest UserI really liked the stay. The cabin rooms were very nice, the bed was wide and the pillows and sheets soft and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well.
In the rooms, in addition to towels for the shower, they also include bathrobes and flip-flops for the pool or bathroom.
They offer varied and rich breakfast. There are some very calm dogs all over the place which is super normal and they come up to you right at breakfast time.
The service is very nice and professional.
The only negative in our opinion was that the shower and toilet do not have a screen to separate them and when you shower you get soaked. Not counting that detail, this hotel is highly recommended and we would stay again if given the opportunity.

Room was clean and cozy. Complimentary cold drinks and a bowl of fruit welcomed us. View from the balcony and restaurant were amazing. All food and drinks ordered from the restaurant were tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is just 1 minute below the room. Good for snorkeling and bathing. Maybe too many rocks for carefree swimming. Insects and mosquitoes were not much of a problem. Complimentary bug repellent is provided. Monkeys made a visit and weren’t too cheeky.

LLINGFENGA hotel worth recommending, feels like living in nature. Green is good, there is a swimming pool, but there is no time to experience. The bed is comfortable, privacy is not a problem, everyone has their own cabinet.

GGuest UserAffordable and nice. Room clean was supposed to be every 2nd day...but they did not come to clean once, aside from that it's a nice place to stay just don't book room beside reception, always people talking outside the room at all hours. Great location and bed and pillows are comfortable :) I would certainly stay again

GGuest UserBreakfast is average. Their house has only 6 rooms. The best thing is that it’s close to Lover’s Cliff. It is recommended to rent a motorcycle, which is convenient and fast. Although I walked there, the disadvantage is that the bathroom exhaust system is not good, and the whole room is opened. All have a taste.
