Our stay at Potato Head Suites & Studios was absolutely perfect! The staff’s hospitality was incredible - they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Our studio, while cosy, felt spacious enough for the two of us. We especially loved the little touches, like being able to make our own cocktails. The hotel itself offered so many activities - we really enjoyed the Jamu workshop, and the gym had excellent facilities. A special highlight was the Dome restaurant. The food was amazing, and the service by Troy was impeccable. Every dish was a 10/10! It’s hard to think of anything that could have been better. We’ll definitely recommend Potato Head to anyone visiting Bali and can’t wait to come back ourselves.

Location is good with many eateries n massage spa. The rooms are big except the room on the 2nd floor is hot due to the weather . Service is superb. Requested them to clean the pool n it was done perfectly n everyday we had someone attending to it . There is Netflix except the TV in the living room is about 45” which i think its small due to the large living room space. Moreover there are No TV inside the rooms . Kitchen is fully furnished but i dont recommend cooking as the stove is really run down looking . Due to the age of these villas it really need some reoair n refurbishment. But if u are not fussy about the age n looking for relax, this is the place . All the staffs and service are really top notch .

Big room with walk in wardrobe. You won’t feel sense of oppression even it’s a long stay as it’s really spacious even for the standard room. Room bedding abit old, need to change. But maintenance is well done. Service wise is prompt and efficient. 5 star service I would say. Has some hip cup upon check in and check out. Service recovery was handled well. For price paid, worth it. Has different activities, facilities in hotel for guest. Walking distance to the pool but not shopping. Has a mini mart right outside of resort. Lastly, security is really good here. Definitely safe with highest security and guards everywhere.

Outstanding 11 out of 10 experience in this sensational hotel. Truly world-class service and facilities. When choosing to stay at this hotel it will be everything you expect plus so much more! From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We will be back with our business team to enjoy every moment together. Our experience needs to be shared with others! Thank you W Bali - we were made to feel so special in every possible way. I'm very satisfied with their service. Especially, When I arrived at the hotel with an injury they helped me as a first aid. I appreciate it. Nevertheless, One small thing they should fix was AC sound. I wish it would be replaced or fixed. See you next time.

The staff here were very hospitable and hands on for anything you need. Given that it’s a small place, they can cater individually to each customer . The cleanliness was quite good, especially compared to other places in Bali. The pool is also good & the breakfast is not bad either . It’s close to some restaurants and beach. The balcony is not too bad but a little small with a sub lounger which can be inconvenient if there’s two people who want to sit outside , and only one person can sit. Overall, we would recommend this place if you want to stay in somewhat quiet ish area of Seminyak , have decent cleaned room & hands on staff.

A lovely hotel which is excellent value. Though no windows really - it’s very clean and very spacious especially for the price. Works highly recommend. I liked it so much I rebooked for an extra night. Location is great and easy to get to to bars and nightlife by car, scooter or walking.

We recently stayed for two nights at Berry Amour Romantic Villas in Bali for our honeymoon, and the experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly pampered. We also indulged in a hot stone couple’s massage at the villa, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapists were skilled, and the experience left us feeling completely refreshed. The staff were attentive, warm, and always eager to make our stay as special as possible. The peaceful location provided an ideal escape while still being conveniently close to Seminyak’s attractions. Berry Amour Romantic Villas truly exceeded our expectations. WARNING: NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO CANNOT TOLERATE INSECTS AND SPIDERS. Asked for bug spray and had to kill 4 1-inch wide spiders, a cockroach the size of my finger, a giant spider the size of my palm and many other insects. Swimming pool was dirty and had high copper levels from the chlorine, turned my nicely dyed hair green. So did all of our nails. My mom has sensitive skin and her genitals started stinging from the copper (her swimwear turned green too). Got very upset and complained but all they tried to compensate with was free lunch boxes from the owner's restaurant. How can a free lunch box fix my hair?! However, the staff was really nice and helpful. They also tried helping me out by bringing up my issue with their management team. Picture posted was when their team tried to soak white cloth in the swimming pool, which started turning green after about half an hour.

Very satisfied! On our last night in Bali, we were given a free 2-hour late check-out because no one was staying the next day. We basically had a deep tour of the hotel. The family went to a nearby supermarket to buy groceries, cooked, had a candlelight dinner, and chatted in bed. The service attitude was very good. Airbali made our trip to Bali reach its peak. In the morning, we woke up, had breakfast, swam lazily, and listened to music. It was so comfortable. I will go again next time! The price-performance ratio is too high! The embodiment of happiness! !
