My friend and I stayed at St Regis for two nights. This was our first stop for Bali and we were left with fantastic first impression. The resort has offered above and beyond services. Everyone was super nice. The hotel offers great facilities. We booked the orchid garden room. It is so spacy! The breakfast, I can't compliment enough. There's a variety choice of cuisine and types of food, and everyone remembered my preference. The resort offered foie gras and lobster for breakfast, and it was done perfectly. Foie gras are buttery with a smooth texture, and melts in your mouth. We celebrated Chinese New Year there. There was lion dance and the restaurant offered special menu for Chinese New Year. We felt included. If you are going for a drink in the St Regis bar, the staff probably will recommend you to try red snapper, which is a Balinese bloody Mary. Be prepared that you will be shocked. This is unlike any bloody Mary you can find anywhere in the world. It's so full of flavour! My personal preference is the pina colada at the pool bar. Overall, this is a 10/10 experience. We would definitely re-visit for our next trip.

Best foods and service ever! So impressed with the thoughtful service all the time. From the checkin, kind staff came to the previous hotel to escort us and also to the check out, all the staffs came out and waved hands until we are disappearing then a staff takes the luggages to the airport. I can’t write every single moment but it was a heart touching service to the everything. Best hotel in Bali. I can say it’s 7 star hotel!!

Perfect! The overall environment of the hotel is impeccable, and the green layout is grand and full of tropical style. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the hygiene is very clean. I didn't even see a tropical bug. The service is especially good, and all the staff are smiling and sincere and friendly. The concierge service is particularly considerate. You can ask them for help with anything. On the day of departure, there are special staff at the airport to send you to the immigration office, and they will help you confirm the flight C/I counter in advance. It really makes you feel at home. The breakfast and snacks are very rich. The fire dance and lighting ceremony every night is great. The only regret may be that I didn't experience the seawater swimming pool. It was under maintenance at the time. I didn't like the design and planning of the freshwater swimming pool. It was very small and looked like a fish pond.

First of all, I chose this hotel because it has a snorkeling spot. After arriving, I found that the sea was too deep to see, but other bloggers said that you can swim directly over, which was really disappointing. Then I thought about playing water activities, but I still couldn’t play them. However, the hotel service staff kept pushing us to pay for water activities, which disgusted me. It felt like I could only play after paying. P.S. I have been to Mauritius and Maldives before. Hotels of the same star rating are not like that. The hotel provides a lot of water sports equipment for everyone to play for free. This hotel does not have life jackets or other water things to play with, so I feel very bored staying in this hotel. Apart from swimming, I think I can find other hotels to replace it. The hotel is so big, but the children's club is so small, and the activities arranged by the hotel do not seem to be carried out. Only billiards are free, so it is very boring in the hotel. To be honest, I have to say that the hotel's dining is better. I think the buffet at Hotel Indigo (the one at Sugar Beach) is better.

The hotel room is clean, the environment outside is particularly pleasing to the eye, and fruits are given. The breakfast is rich, there are torch activities in the evening, and the service is also superb. When they learned that it was my birthday, they decorated the room in advance and gave me a birthday cake. It was full of surprises. We went to Penida Island, and they also helped me store my luggage. Next time I go to Bali, I will choose St. Regis Hotel

Very good, good service attitude. Love comes from porcelain. Thanks to the service staff for their hard work, the fish is cute, the tea is delicious. The salmon for breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is big, it is worth a visit. Be sure to come and support!

Very good, the service at St. Regis is superb, everyone serves with a smile, making us feel at home. In the hotel, on the beach, by the pool, in the lobby, there are always more staff than tourists, and everyone is always ready to meet all our needs.
