They have reduced their services.  No water bottels or no glasses in thd room  and no mini frigo no room service

Very rude staff and not friendly Phone in toom did not work to call reception and no-one from reception knew how it worked Websites said there was a bar with Belgian beers - there was no bar There was supposed to be air conditioning- but the control button had been taken away The bottom sheet was too small for the bed One site for the hotel said there was room service - there was no room service Bags were left in an guarded store room unlocked in the outside area of the entrance The mattress was very old and extremely soft All together a very bad experience in Keyser Hotel

Although the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms and bathroom are very clean, with Tv, WIFI, fridge, tea&coffee facilities and a safety deposit box as well as airco. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good also. It’s excellent for the price.

The hotel itself is decent, but the service was very disappointing. We booked this 4-star hotel for one night, partly because it advertised air conditioning during a very hot day. Unfortunately, our room had no working AC, and the TV and phone were also out of order. What was even more surprising was that, upon arrival, the staff initially couldn't find our booking. After complaining three times about the issues with our room, we were finally moved to another one. However, it was still very warm, and the hotel had no fans available. The room was also quite basic for a 4-star hotel, and the lack of a functioning AC made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. This hotel may be fine during cooler months, but based on this experience, I wouldn't stay here again.

When I came nothing worked and I mean lights, tv & AC. When I stepped out & came back I told them this, they told me “they had to turn it on”, then the front desk guy went to their machine box & switched something on. I went back to my room, & the only thing that “turned on” was the ac but all it did was make noise. So I slept, ate, dressed, showered & used the bathroom in the dark. The wall plug ins also didn’t work. The reviews are correct that it’s dirty & when I took out the blanket to use to sleep, there were stains all over it. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I couldn’t even sleep because I felt so uncomfortable being there. Also this hotel had a luggage holding service but it’s a room full of luggage with a door not locked. And I told the guy I need reassurance that my stuff won’t be stolen. Glad it wasn’t but the only reassurance he gave that it was cameras but the doors abled to open at anytime? That makes complete sense. Also when you have to pay the tax fee they had no change at all? They had me waiting for awhile for the 2 front desk guys to give me change from their pockets. I tried to get a refund but this app, they had to contact the hotel & the hotel decides if they give a refund??? DONT GO HERE BY ANY MEANS. Just go next door to Hilton location, I had a better experience there & amazing staff.

Location is perfect Breakfast is outstanding Staff us very very helpfull and polite Towels and soaps are okay The negative side is, it is not clean enough, especially windows, ground and bath tube is really dirty. They do not provide slippers

We lost our reserved & paid room because we were late in arriving from the BTS concert in Brussels. Our special return train has a delay 30 minutes departure thus delay in arrival in Antwerp. I called the hotel twice before that day to inform them that we will be check in very late around 2am. And i was assured that it will be no problem because they have a 24hr reception.

Great location, next to train station. Facilities are not modern, but still good. Old money style . Service is also good . 

There was a noisy airco that could not be disconnected. There was nothing that could be done. Decided to go to another hotel due to the noise. Tried contacting them afterwards with a complaint. No reaction.

The stay overall was nice, had good breakfast, and great location. The rooms were really cold and the little electric heater sadly didn’t do us much justice. Maybe not ideal for colder seasons. Also the pictures didn’t clearly show that the shower would be in the room with nothing to cover the part? The pictures pf the room we booked showed a seperate bathroom so we were confused. Not ideal for family settings but we only stayed two nights which made it more bearable.

There was a lot of noise inside the room; I mean, the front glass of the room was letting in a lot of noise. It was a very unpleasant night.

No kettle in room, no tea set, no cups. Otherwise it was nice stay

its realy nice because its near in the city very comvenient.
