Kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di Luwak Estate Villas! Kami benar-benar terkesan dengan penjemputan bandara pribadi, kamar yang indah dan luas, makanan lezat di Restoran Palapa (coba nasi goreng Thailand!), dan layanan yang sangat baik dan sangat personal dari staf yang luar biasa. Ketenangan Luwak Estate hanya berjarak 15 menit berjalan kaki dari pusat keramaian Ubud. Kami sangat senang kami memutuskan untuk datang ke sini untuk bulan madu kami dan sangat merekomendasikannya bagi siapa pun yang ingin menjelajahi hal terbaik yang ditawarkan Bali!

Pertama-tama, vila-vila ini berlokasi sempurna di utara Ubud, di luar hiruk pikuk jalanan! Vila-vilanya luas, dengan kolam renang dan tempat tidur yang bagus dan empuk! Gerbang yang sangat bagus untuk akhir pekan atau lebih! Dan silakan pesan granola untuk sarapan!

Menginap 2 malam di Villa Luwak Ubud bersama keluarga kami, vilanya besar, memiliki dapur pribadi, kolam renang pribadi di dalam vila. Terbaik untuk liburan keluarga. Di area resor juga terdapat spa, restoran, kolam renang umum, studio yoga

Visited the restaurant Palapa and had a good dining experience there. Having plenty options for Indonesian food to try for, regardless which type of taste bud you have. I was served by Waisna, she's very kind and polite in explaining the dishes to me.

The best villa I have ever stayed in! Service was outstanding & very friendly staff. Nice walk into town & breakfast was awesome. Would highly recommend to stay here for families, couples or groups. Definitely would come back & stay here with my friends & family.

Beautiful and relaxing place for the whole family. Spacious rooms/villa, beautiful gardens, private and shared pool and good restaurant. Easy (free) shuttle to the center of Ubud from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and offers tours. The traditional Balinese dance evening during dinner was well organized and a nice experience. A good spot to explore Ubud and the nearby attractions (ricefields, rafting, etc).

Beautiful villa surrounded by nature… lovely and attentive staff, we had a wonderful time. The restaurant area is great also! Really fresh good food! Couldn’t fault it at all! Thank you very much we had a beautiful stay. We will be staying again at some point in the future. Thank you!

Our family of 6 (2 parents and 2 grown couples) booked this beautiful estate for 5 nights and I couldn't be more happy with our stay. The three private bedrooms with communal living area and pool worked perfectly for us. The staff, Arya, in particular made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The breakfasts and afternoon teas were incredible and a much looked forward to activity during our busy days. We even booked a tour with Arya which included our desire to try Luwak coffee, see the rice terraces and bike ride thru the terraces and town. The biking was one of the best memories we had during our time in Ubud and I felt we were in safe hands the whole time. I wouldn't hesitate returning here!

Book your stay here now! We had the 2 bedroom, garden villa and it was amazing during our stay here. From the moment we arrived, Arya and his team warmly greeted us and helped us with our luggage. They also helped us deliver our luggage to our room while we prepared for our romantic dinner as a part of the honeymoon package. They have a local circle K across the street that made it easy to grab some items that we may have left behind. I also like how they have a big water jug so you can be hydrated wherever you go. My partner and I had a pretty tight schedule and stay there. We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast as their local restaurant and the morning and so Arya kindly offered to pack us a breakfast box- pastries, water, and some fruits- every morning so we didn't go hungry on our tours and photoshoot. They had an amazing service every day and had a lot of small touches that made me and my partner feel very welcomed during our stay. For instance, my partner didn't want to the massage as a part of our package and they were willing to extend my massage to 2 hours to make up for it. The only possible downsides for the stay is the bugs in the hotel (which would have been unavoidable where ever you stayed in Bali due to the way their hotels are built in the area), a little bit of mold in the bathroom due to the high humidity in Bali, and the slippery floor from the shower. But other than that, I have been more than satisfied with the service and hospitality at the villa. I would also plan for about 1.5 to 2 hour commute from the Denpasar airport to the villa due to the local roads and traffic.

Review of my stay. I checked in yesterday i.e. 23rd May and from the time of check in the AC in the 02 rooms out of 03 bedroom private pool villa is not working. My is unique villa We are complaining from past 02 days but they are not taking it seriously. They got a technician today but of no use. The whole day my travel agent from Mumbai and myself have been in continuous touch but at the end of the day the problem is not fixed and there is no one senior who can attend our issue and solve it. In breakfast they provide only 01 item. For example if you are having Fried Rice you cannot have Noodles and if you are having tea you cannot have fruit juice. We tried to accommodate last night i.e. 23rd night as they said the AC will be repaired and we didn't checkout. We asked for Refund and they agreed but they are not ready to email it to my agent that we will refund the amount. Ms. Pushpa the reservation manager and Mr. Kanak the receptionist both were looking into the problem. My agent is in contastant touch with this 02 and asked to resolve the problem but nothing is fixed. PS don't book this hotel at any cost and don't fall for the trap of the good reviews you read here.
