Saya menginap dengan menyenangkan di Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel. Lokasinya strategis, dekat bandara, sehingga ideal bagi wisatawan yang memiliki penerbangan pagi atau sore. Kamar: Kamarnya kompak tetapi dirancang dengan baik, dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman dan dekorasi modern. Kamarnya bersih dan dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas penting, termasuk pembuat kopi dan perlengkapan mandi. Cocok untuk menginap sebentar. Bersantap: Prasmanan sarapannya beragam, dengan perpaduan yang pas antara pilihan kontinental dan Timur Tengah. Kafe yang buka sepanjang hari di lobi juga merupakan tempat yang bagus untuk menikmati camilan atau kopi. Fasilitas: Hotel ini memiliki pusat kebugaran kecil dan area bersantai yang nyaman. Tersedia juga layanan antar-jemput ke bandara, yang sangat praktis. Layanan: Stafnya ramah dan efisien, selalu siap membantu memenuhi permintaan. Proses check-in dan check-out lancar dan cepat. Pengalaman Keseluruhan: Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel adalah pilihan yang sangat baik untuk menginap sebentar, menawarkan kemudahan, kenyamanan, dan nilai yang luar biasa. Saya akan merekomendasikannya kepada wisatawan yang mencari persinggahan bebas repot di Dubai.

Pengalaman yang mengerikan. Jangan pernah datang lagi. Kamar memiliki 2 kecoak di dalam ketel!!! Pipa air tidak diperbaiki, pasokan air tidak bagus. Masalah utamanya adalah sikap staf, kami hampir tidak dapat mengejar penerbangan kami karena bus antar-jemput terlambat datang. Kami menunggu di meja depan 10 menit sebelumnya, tetapi bus antar-jemput terlambat sekitar 20 menit, kemudian kami meminta staf meja depan untuk membantu dan memeriksa, jawaban mereka adalah bus sudah pergi, harap tunggu bus berikutnya... orang asing lain menanyakan pertanyaan yang sama, kemudian staf segera memanggil pengemudi, itu menunjukkan bahwa mereka meremehkan orang Asia.

the bathroom design is terrible, cannot close the bathroom door and water all leak to the toilet side. asked for changing the room, the 1st reception lady isnt friendly or helpful when i compliant, after that i found red mark on pill (look like blood). and the male reception is much more helpful. the resturent is also terrible, no one clean the table, so many people cannot find a clean seat for breakfast.

A short 5-min drive from Dubai airport. Clean and spacious for an overnight stay. Reception is nice and helpful. The only downside is although we booked for a non smoking double bed room on trip.com (long in advance), when we arrived we were told there was only double bed in smoking floor, or twin bed in non smoking floor. So we opted for the twin bed in non smoking floor.

It’s always a good stay here. The location is good in a calm place far from the city traffic. The service is pretty good. The washrooms shouldn’t be see through if family members are staying together. But it’s nice for a couple.

It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. I had 7 bags and they did not have a trolley. I was travelling with baby and they did not help me with luggage and told me it's a self serve hotel. Moreover the restaurant closed so I ordered food from outside and asked them for plate and they said it's chargeable, 10 AED. Terrible experience. Avoid!

There was no explanation of shuttle service at the booking site as I needed it for pick up and drop off from the airport, so I stood at the shuttle bus station waiting for it and it didn’t come. I asked several bus drivers and after one hour one of the bus driver told me that it wouldn’t arrive as the hotel shuttle only drops off. I have to pay extra money to get a taxi. The room was not clean either as there was as a lot of dust on the shelves and mirrors. I called the receptionist couple of times to ask about drop off service and they didn’t answer so I have to go down stairs and ask her then we waited in the hallway for almost an hour for it to come. It was quite a disappointing experience for us.

i like the hotel quite much. however, one guy at the front desk is not helpful. I don't understand why he's not nice.

Only issue i faced was the bed size. Room bed size was close to Queen size while in details King size bed was mentioned. Otherwise stay was fantastic , recommended for family stay.

The place is ok, the food is well prepared, the servers are polite, the cleaners are good also they are polite, the location is close by the airport so its an advantage for the travelers.

It's very close to Airport. Breakfast is great. Room/Amenities are clean. Little expensive though. If you want to enjoy city, you can opt for city location.
