C151 Smart Villas at Seminyak

Menginap secara keseluruhan sangat baik. Semua staf sangat ramah dan menyambut. Mereka biasanya bekerja dalam kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 2 hingga 3 orang sehingga efisiensinya luar biasa. Satu-satunya hal adalah vila benar-benar membutuhkan perawatan yang baik terutama semua pintu geser. Sangat berat bagi kami untuk membuka setiap pintu setiap saat. Dan, harus mendapatkan sarapan mereka, benar-benar mewah dan setiap pagi kami menikmati berbagai pilihan sarapan. Menginap dengan bayi berusia 14 bulan dan mereka mengakomodasi permintaan kami dengan kursi tinggi dan tempat tidur bayi dan bahkan memberi bayi saya 2 botol air Aqua untuknya. Benar-benar menghangatkan hati dan kami tidak tahan untuk pergi. Pasti akan kembali lagi saat berikutnya kami mengunjungi Bali. TERIMA KASIH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort, with a special thanks to Sintia and the other guys (sorry we didn't catch their names) from the housekeeping staff. They met all our needs and went out of their way to make sure all our requests were taken care of. The three team crew, along with a gardener and pool guy, cleaned our villa daily and very efficiently. Adit was very helpful at the front desk, and helped arrange in-room massages. We loved the breakfasts, sound system, and serenity of the villas. Very spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated them accommodating our niece and nephew at short notice for our last two days. We had a three bedroom villa with two bedrooms locked as there was only two of us. They opened up the second bedroom (for a fee), that had a full bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. We do have a few comments that could improve their clients experience. When we arrived it was dark and the driver could not find the resort. We drove around in circles several times. We did not realize they only did breakfast in our villa and we had walked around looking for the restaurant. Also, we had a hard time finding the lobby as the map in the villa binder is old and out of date. They lost their lease for the lobby building and pool across the road and were using Villa 1 as their office. To be honest, they didn't need a lobby as everything can be done remotely, with breakfast delivered to the villa, all communications done by WhatsApp, and them coming to our villa for any of our needs. We had a hard time synching the sound system and didn't realize we had to blue tooth with our phones.We also did not realize you had to point the curtain remote control up to the sensor and we found it difficult at times to close the curtains. We would like to suggest, it would be prudent to have a simple cheat sheet included on the reservation confirmation that includes an updated floor plan, explaining directions to the resort, their phone number and to message or call using WhatsApp to give directions to the villa you will be staying at (there are twenty villas) and they meet you there. Also, tips on how to use the sound system and curtains. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. It is a slightly older resort, but the staff and experience make it a worthwhile stay. Its located in an area a short walk from shops and restaurants. We'd eating at Casa Blanca, an Italian restaurant. If you do, say Hi to Matteo, their general manager. He's an Italian character and he'll take good care of you! 😊 Hope this helps!

The most beautiful space in Paradise, extremely helpful and dedicated staff, gorgeous appointments in all the rooms and living areas, amazing breakfast provisions with an abundance of food and options. A little dated in certain aspects but a truly delightful accommodation experience.

This place is on the verge of being condemned, it was filthy and falling to pieces. Advertised as a luxury property, I have stayed in 2 star hotels that are much better. The only redeeming feature was the size, everything else including the cleanliness, the service and the food was dreadful. While this is located in Seminyak which is supposed to be an upmarket area it must be in the worst pocket the area has, we were hassled by either the ************, the taxi drivers or the local market owners from the moment we left the vila, until we returned. A light on the ensuite was flashing continually after being turned off made sleeping very difficult. Mould, mould and more mould. Although we were informed when we booked we would get a complimentary airport shuttle we were charged 350K as they "no longer have a driver" The toilet button was broken and we had to put our fingers into a hole on the side of the toilet and pull a piece of string out to make the toilet flush. Breakfast was inedible, but it was "free" so was the case of dissantry i got. the floor between the bath and the toilet was rotten and smelled of urine. Door wouldn't open all the way and were very hard to open at all. This is hands down the worst condition holiday accommodation I have ever had the misfortune to stay in.

Old, dirty villas that definitely do not reflect what is described on the web. The bed sheets and towels were dirty with stains that I don't want to know where they came from. I had asked to be refunded in order to leave the facility after the first night but there was no way I could get assistance. After waiting for hours for a response from management, since it was "Sunday", the response was that I would not be refunded. Therefore, I was forced to accept another villa that was not so different.

Very friendly staff that helped in anyway they could and good location close to shops and not to far from the beach, just a few small problems with things not working properly like the bathtub jets and the toilet controls in some of the rooms and the front door entrance and noisy aircon we kind of fixed ourself, the pool was great and and the breakfast was really good, I would definitely stay there again

Amazing accommodation, we felt so spoilt. Staff went above and beyond for my gluten free bread every morning. Loved swimming and relaxing by the pool every day. Great location, we walked to beaches, shops, massage spas, restaurants, cocktail places. We will be back.

For the start, IT'S HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE VILLA. I arrived today 06 July 2023 around 4pm. Upon arrival, we dont have a good impression from the lobby to reception and to the villa itself. Little did I expect, the villa should have done an early preparation or a good check up on the villa before the guest arrive. Deposit have been made upon booking and demand a full payment upon check in but we were given a super horrible villa stay. The villa was flooded, complimentary water bottle 1 opened, empty shampoo bottle, ugly and dented furniture with torn sofa, stains, dirty bedsheets and dusty, no slippers, deposit box not working, no pool towel, no bath soap, wet floor mat, rooms dirty n dusty, no iron board, villa key too old to open the door and many many many more. Very poor management. Highly not recommended. Waste of money and time Poor Management and staffs.

A lovely villa with a magnificent pool. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good location too. Very close to the beach and Seminyak Square. Villa needs a little attention to some small details. Would definitely stay again.
