Ulasan Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali

Our room was very nice and we had a comfortable stay, however the rest of the hotel is in need of TLC. We only stayed one night so was ideal for a place to sleep but not recommended as a long stay as very remote and hotel lacks the facilities. Our room was very nice and we had no issues so I would stay again.

This hotel is falling to bits and infested with wildlife. Should have been renovated years ago. Definitely not deserving of its current star rating which really makes me question the Trip.com rating and review system. When it opened so many years ago it would have been wonderful, but as of August 2024 it’s a dump. Given the price I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but don’t be fooled into thinking you’re going a bargain like we did. Here are some highlights: a bat living on our balcony and numerous bat droppings on the balcony and chair; a large hole in the roof above the balcony; dirty outdoor bath; holes, rust and dingy fittings throughout the property; abandoned bungalows and a dead flower garden to the side; murky swimming pool; abundant flies at dinner; bird droppings on furniture; unappetising breakfast spread; overpriced restaurant and you’ve nowhere else to eat; very slow to get food even when not busy; wild dog roaming nearby property; broken gym equipment; no mosquito repellent on request. Overall it has absolutely no charm and was a waste of two nights in Bali. We cut our booking short and went elsewhere.

The room we got has a defective aircon, for more than one day of our stay we been asking to fix the aircon on them. When we came as well, the tv and ref are not working. We asked them to replace those. We been just transfer to another room on our last night of our stay because we already complaining too hot. The resort is under renovation so a lot of noise were heard time to time. Honestly it was not an enjoyable stay, i booked 6 more rooms during the stay for my co families, it was not a good either,

I'm booking for my honeymoon. Even just for 2 days and 1 night. But they're giving the best services plus they decorate the room that I've booked. (Sorry I'm not take a photo of the room), best breakfast, best Sunrise view. Such a World-Class hotel.

When I checked into the room there were a number of things missing (towels, robe, slippers, some toiletries) and there was a delay because of a “supply” issue but a few hours later most of these had been provided. The towels were a bit damp (not drying easily in wet season). This time there was no moisturiser provided. The whole resort is in the process of being repaired in part and a lot is looking a bit tired. Had some poor experiences at the restaurant. At night after rain there are a lot of insects at the Jivva club restaurant and there are no fans or deterrent to help disperse insects

It is amazing place for chill and relax. I really recommend it for people who want to enjoy the beach and chill and have a great time.

Beautiful hotel and amazing location. There's a mean beach by the hotel with black magnetic sand ♥️. I loved it here and hoped I could stay longer... #Bali

The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Staff were friendly and always smiling.

Booked for 2 nights but checked out early stayed one night only. Bored location for kids. Reception slow during check in need to wait 15-20minutes even the counter reception empty. Facilities for kids only pool. Far from grocery, cafe close early no activities the cafe near the pool. The food also bad, ordered Tomyam but too salty the taste no like tomyam really frustrated since the price quite expensive. Ordered pizza too thin with less topping on the top kids eaten only half of the pizza the really bad. really sorry to say, it is pain when say the truth.
