感覺很不錯，下次還會來 設施：路旁竹葉需要修剪對於高個子人羣不太友好 衞生：還可以 環境：泳池需要清潔，沒有下去，感覺有點臟臟的感覺

화장실과 씻는공간이 밖에있다는점이 좀 아쉽게 느껴졌어요 낭만적이기도 하지만 나갈때마다 모기에 꼭 물리게되서 힘들었네요 수영장이 깊고 컸던것과 조식을 방안으로 가져다 준다는점도 좋았어요^^

這是我第一次給這種差評，2800一晚的酒店，沒有任何服務，連住四天，房間連一次性拖鞋都捨不得給換，體驗感非常的不好，我們住的7號房，最裡麪，每天進進出出幾乎看不到一個工作人員，打電話去前台，什麼都不知道，有點事找他們，都説經理不在。反正，除了房間大點，沒有一點讓人滿意的。

We booked this stay for our honeymoon, unaware that the toilet, bathroom, shower, bath and wardrobe were all outside. The maintenance of the one bedroom villa was poor. Steps to breakfast were broken, toilet was loose and yellow in colour, no communication of housekeeping was given, mosquitoes totally filled the room and made for the world’s worst sleep. We have been promised a refund from someone and no one is helping us. We only stated one night out of four.

Had an amazing time here for our honeymoon. this private villa was a total dream! Super chill vibes, cozy setting, and the staff were like wizards making everything awesome. Loved the extra love they put into the details. If you're into low-key, romantic vibes, this place is a winner! 🌟

Absolutely beautiful villa! We had the 3 bedroom villa and it was so nice with plenty of space. The staff were excellent here and very accommodating also were on top of cleaning our rooms when we went out in the mornings and evenings. They helped us to book ferries and advised us on places to go. The villa was in a brilliant location with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff. We stayed here for 9 days and it was great. Room needs a bit of maintenance (some update to the shampoo rack, hand towel hangers would be nice) but nothing that really bothers. Floating breakfast is lovely. Strong air con and very close to everything. Best location.

Booked the 3 bedroom villa. One word to describe it - filthy!!!! • Cleanliness of pool and toilet - the pool is filthy and it seems that the water was even murky. Would appreciate if the pool was cleaned regularly as the tiles are stained. The toilet and shower floors were also dirty with marks all around. • Cleanliness of kitchen facilities - the kettle was filthy and stained… the water in the dispenser seems to be stale… utensils were sticky… We did not dare drink the breakfast tea that was served with the water obtained from the dispenser and boiled from the kettle. • Cleanliness of rugs in the room - obvious stains were seen and the rugs look like they have not been cleaned for years. • Sliding doors - not a big deal but the doors are difficult to open/close • Dim lighting to the villa - we had to turn on our phone torchlights to navigate from entrance to our villa. The floor was also uneven which means we had to take greater care when walking at night • Dim lighting in the villa - we wanted to chill by the pool at night but the light was too dim. Would be good if we had options to adjust the exterior lighting! • Limited power sockets, we had to unplug the existing applicances to charge our devices. The outlets were also located UNDER the bedside tables and was very inconvenient (had to squat to look under the table) • Restricted breakfast timing - unsure why our breakfast timing cannot clash with another guests’? If we had a party of 20 staying in the same facility (all different villas), does that mean we have to stagger breakfast timings and are unable to leave the facility at the same time? What’s odd is also how the villa was catered for 6 pax but we were told only 2 pax was entitled for floating breakfast! Although the staff did deliver for 4 pax eventually but it was just an odd rule…. • Mosquitoes - understand that this may be out of the villa’s control and i appreciated that there was fumigation during our stay but there were just too many of them. I got at least 10 bites during my stay here Very disappointed that the villa was in a bad shape as compared to the photos online… We were looking forward to our stay there but had to make do with what was given. Also the villa does not seem to be 600m2? Not sure if it was a matter of perspective but it looked 300m2 at most

Can you give our money back?! Regarding our booking number 3625803913 we paid over $7k we booked in 2020 we request a refund due to covid we could not travel, you guys said NO! That would keep our booking and when we tried to book in May this year you guys AGAIN SAID NO and told us would give our money back, we are still waiting and nothing, NO ONE replies to emails, such a disrespectful company!
