Suasana yang sangat indah, dengan kamar/kamar mandi/kolam renang yang menawan! Agak terpencil dan sulit ditemukan, tetapi stafnya membantu Anda! Mereka dengan baik hati membawakan tas saya ke dan dari jalan utama saat saya check in dan check out! Saya terjatuh parah pada malam pertama yang mengakibatkan saya harus dijahit dan diberi antibiotik, dan ponsel saya rusak. Pihak hotel sangat baik dan ramah, dan benar-benar memperhatikan saya termasuk membawa saya ke tempat perbaikan ponsel untuk memperbaiki ponsel saya! Tidak ada yang terlalu merepotkan bagi tim - mereka benar-benar sangat baik dan pekerja keras!

We’ve stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is a bit away from the main road, but due to the instructions from the hotel, we found it pretty well. It was a bit remote, but in a beautiful setting. Also the location was perfect for us, since it’s in Central Ubud, very close to the Market, Palace, lots of restaurants, etc. But still when you’re at the hotel it is quiet in contrary to Ubud itself, so it was very nice. The room was clean and all in all well maintained. The only thing was the mold in the bathroom and in front of our room was also a lot of mold on the ceiling. While we were there a piece of ceiling also fell down. The pool area also looks quite nice, but for me the water was too cold and a bit dirty and I couldn’t sit by the pool because of the mosquitoes.

recently stayed at The Suarsena Escape and it was absolutely amazing! The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a touch of Balinese charm. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I especially loved the private pool and the serene atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. Overall, my experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend The Suarsena Escape to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!

I like this Hotel.I stayed here before and the room was clean. With the lovely staff care with you. And the online customer service always responds quickly when you need help

yes generally, the location is near the main town. however its actual location is deep inside and you will have to walk pass some old shops, multiple small construction sites and small rice fields. cars cannot get through. to get to the property, you will also have to go through extremely uneven road surfaces (and also some terrain) which is tough when you have luggages. may not be well lit too at night. ended up checking in but not staying here. i booked another accommodation much nearer to the main street. would recommend staying here only if you are a group of friends who are planning to ride around ubud using motorbike. you can ride in.

There used to be this amazing natural place in the middle of a busy area. It was wild, special, maybe even magical. But now, so many new properties are being built around it, and it's like the nature is vanishing. I just hope it ends with what's already built—I wish they would stop and leave the rest alone Staff is really friendly ❤️
