The best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants at the hotel, the rooftop restaurant/bar serves really delicious food. There is a gorgeous spa where you can get different treatments and massages. There is an amazing spot where you can watch the sunset. The pool has it's own little bar so you can have a cocktail in the pool. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and the beach is across the street from the hotel. The rooms at the hotel are really clean, it's better to get a room with a balcony so that you are able to dry your swimsuit and towels etc. This is a really good choice for a holiday in Bali. I would definitely come back here.

Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort is a beautiful hotel in a prime location, perfect for beach lovers. With direct access to the beach, guests can enjoy the ocean just steps from their room. The resort itself is well-designed with a charming Balinese style, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of the highlights is the private pool area, ideal for relaxing in a more secluded setting. For anyone seeking a peaceful, beachfront stay with Balinese character, Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort is an excellent choice.

Overall impression about hotel is positive. Spacious suites (we have been upgraded to 3beds suite), there is a humid control device in the room, nice pool. Location is 2 min walk from the beach, and you can take pool towels to the beach. Beach line is the same for all Jimbaran bay, not many annoying traders on the shore. Huge waves - not convenient for kids. A few dogs all time on the beach Cons: - on arrival cleaning of room was poor. Floor was dirty and a lot of sand on the floor. After we complained in reception next times everything was fine - Not tasty meals at restaurant (we tried breakfast and lunch) - A lot of russian tourists :(

Very good hotel! It’s conveniently located close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, which was fantastic for getting an early start to the day. I stayed here for 5 days, and it was a relaxing experience. Just a heads up: you need to bring an adapter if you want to use the electrical outlets, but you can borrow one from the front desk for 50,000 rupiah, which you can get back when you return the adapter. The hotel itself is superb—clean and with a pleasant aroma throughout. Highly recommend!

On 1st March 2025 at night I have arrived at the airport and straight came to Hilton Garden Inn. Perfect location if you’re planning to travel further to other cities. You can call a cab using the app “grab” or Gojek(the motorbike) or even walk to the hotel , if you’re not tired. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and well organized. A nice 1.2 m depth pool and an exceptional restaurant on the first floor. There are money exchange service points and eSIM or physical sim points close by which is a big (+) for me. Hilton Garden Inn is Highly recommended !❤️

Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

Staying at Zuri Hotel in the Jimbaran area was quite pleasant. Besides being close to modern restaurants, cafes, and local food options, the proximity to the airport was also convenient. The beds were comfortable, although the pillowcases were not very dry, resulting in a slight odor. However, the amenities and facilities were excellent. I would stay at the hotel again with the note that the bed sheets and pillowcases no longer have any odor.

Convenient hotel near airport. Friendly helpful staff. A pity the pool hours are so limited: 8am to 8pm. It makes it hard to go for a quick dip before breakfast if you have any activities organised for the day. And it is a shame to not be able to have a dip after dinner, to relax after you have had a day which often involves lots of walking. Other places I've stayed in Indonesian have more pool friendly times of 7am-9pm, which the family has always appreciated. These hours don't disturb other guests. Would be great to see them extended.

Nice hotel. It is located close to the airport and you can walk in 20 minutes. We stayed for one day, as we arrived late at night. Check-in 24 hours. The room was clean, the service was excellent.

We booked a villa, the staff is always smiling, friendly and extremely helpful even when a light was not working at night we got this fixed in no time. The restaurant and the sky bar have a great selection of food and beverages, while the room and overall facility were in good shape and clean. Would definitely recommend for a chill holiday in Bali, only thing to note is that the restaurants nextdoor create a lot of smoke when lighting up the BBQs but once you figure out the timing and location it's easy to avoid. Would visit again, thanks again to all staff for making our stay very pleasant!
