Hotel dengan balkon di Hakone

Best service ever. The ryokan provided transport to nearby attractions and also picked us up when we are done for the day. The food was amazing too :)

A beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen. Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds. The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good.

Di Hakone, orang secara bertahap pindah ke Tokyo untuk pembangunan. Tidak banyak restoran yang buka pada malam hari, dan atraksi yang tersebar tidak sejalan dengan niat awal datang ke Hakone. Oleh karena itu, saya pribadi merasa hotel ini sebanding dengan kenikmatan ”satu hotel, dua kali makan”. Makanan: Sarapannya di atas level hotel turis/bisnis bintang lima. Persediaan nasi sashimi seafood tidak terbatas. Daging potongan daging babi gorengnya adalah perut babi berlapis ganda. Kakinya tidak terbatas dan sampanyenya berkilau. Parkir: Kamar memiliki kolam pemandian, jam pemandian umum adalah pukul 5:00-23:00, pria dan wanita dipisahkan, dan berganti setiap hari. Kolam pemandian luar ruangan sangat indah. Selimutnya sangat lembut dan model kimononya bagus. Jika Anda tidak terlihat bagus, Anda tidak bisa menyalahkan pakaiannya. Pelayanan : Sikapnya ikhlas, kemampuan menerima pelanggan secara penuh perlu ditingkatkan, namun tidak ada sikap acuh tak acuh. Lokasi: Jalur M/S/J berhenti di stasiun ”Tianyou”, turun di hotel. Namun, disarankan agar Anda membawa keluarga dan setidaknya menyewa mobil untuk masuk dan keluar Hakone. Anda tidak bisa naik taksi di pegunungan, dan bus tidak memiliki kemampuan operasional dalam hal rute dan ketepatan waktu, sehingga Anda memerlukan rasa keyakinan. Lainnya: Ada bar di lantai bawah dan pertunjukan musik klasik di lobi. Tahun ini adalah ulang tahun ketujuh, dan Anda juga dapat pergi ke Hakone Kowakien Hotel di sebelahnya secara gratis.

The private onsen service was terrible. Please do not get the private onsen. The receptionist in the onsen does not understand english. The receptionist also did not assist us. The time was also incorrect. We were supposed to have 8-9 and 9-10 slot. But ahe is so confused. And 9:30 they are already knocking our doors calling us to come out. A totally bad experience in the private onsen. The hotel is ok. Food is also good. The private onsen which was supposed to be the highlight of our trip… became the worst. Total waste of money

Managed to get on the last boat ride across Lake Ashi and was there in time for the hotel shuttle pick up. It was pitch dark out around 5pm during Japan's autumn however the hotel lobby is cozy and inviting, one that is full of history. The friendly front desk handed me a key with a large wooden key chain, and I checked out the large room prior to my dinner timing. There's a door to partition the bedroom and toilet/entrance area which felt nice. Dinner was a set menu and one that was filling. There are ice machine dispenser at the male onsen level and female onsen was on the highest floor. There's a lift that brings you to right outside the spa so visitors won't have to walk across the lobby area in their yukatas. Onsen was clean and spacious, there's a shower area to clean up, a sauna, outdoor and indoor onsen. Dressing room area has all the amenities you need and the ice popsicle after onsen is a nice touch. Woke up the next morning to catch the sunrise and caught a nice view of golden rays spewing across Lake Ashi, the garden and the glorious Mount Fuji right from my room. 100% recommended staying at this hotel! Had a super filing Japanese breakfast and checked out to explore the rest of Hakone.

Very nice (and spacious - by tokyo standards) hotel!! We had a balcony view of the mountain and the golf course. I didn't read the description and was pleasantly surprised that there was an onsen (must pay 150 yen usage fee per person). It was a really nice onsen too. It was raining the day that we got there and it made the outdoor onsen just magical with the rain in the backdrop. However, they do not allow tattooed guests into the onsen so foreigners, please be aware. The room was nice and gave old timey feels. I appreciated the big, long couch too. One drawback was that there was no microwave in the whole building :( But overall, would come back. It's a 10 minute walk from the T Tozan bus (so you can get there pretty quickly from the Togendai bus/ropeway station. The Lawson is right there next to the bus stop too (we got to go while the Evangelion collab was going on). The hotel has a free shuttle bus to various locations too so I would inquire about those upon check-in since those have to be booked the day before, but if you have the Hakone free pass and don't mind walking, it's pretty accessible via the Tozan bus lines
