The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.

Convenient to get to by water shuttle from the main Venezia train station on the island. Check in and check out was very pleasant from staff. Location is not particularly close to the main area of Venice which is good as it’s generally more quiet and secluded from the crowds but easy enough to get to the tourist areas by foot and water bus. Room is not particularly big but was clean and had everything we needed including bottled water from the hotel.

After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

Except location, everything is excellent and I’ll rate 10/10. The campus is really nice , rooms are excellent , staffs are polite. There is a restaurant, mini market within where you can get almost all basic items . How I can forget about the swimming pool where you can chill in a hot summer day. I booked the hotel for 3 days but I wish iI could stay there for more days. The only problem is you need to walk 1.5 km to nearest bus stop from where there is direct bus to main attraction Venice city centre.As I don’t have any problem in walking 1.5 km , it is not a problem for me.

The service was very good. We were originally arranged to stay on the second floor (due to cultural differences, it was actually the third floor because there was a ground floor). Our large suitcase was very heavy, so we asked for a lower floor. The pretty lady at the front desk tried her best to accommodate us. We were going to the airport the next day and asked for directions. The young man provided us with detailed information and wrote it down. He was very helpful and very enthusiastic. Also, the environment outside this hotel is very beautiful. It is very close to the main attractions. You can take the ferry to the opposite side. The scenery is the most beautiful. We ate squid noodles at three restaurants. The one near the hotel tasted the best. I recommend it.

We had an amazing time staying in NH Collection Murano Villa. From the helpful staff to the fancy and comfy room, everything was great. We booked a superior double room which had all the bits and bobs you need for a vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiter recommended all the best dishes we should try and we loved all of them. Bit pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Venice and planning to stay in Murano.

The hotel is on a separate island and there is only this hotel on the island. The environment is well maintained. There is a pool and restaurant on the roof. You can see the main island of Venice. In terms of transportation, there is a ferry to and from San Marco Square on the main island. The boat and the one-way shuttle bus to St. Lucia Railway Station on the main island are free. We live in small suites, the rooms and beds are large, the bathrooms and cloakrooms are large, and the experience is very good!

The only problem is that if you carry a large luggage, you have to cross a bridge, which is a bit painful, but the rest is fine. If you wander around a little bit, you can visit Venice in one day (not counting other island activities), so this location is completely no problem from the attractions, after all, you have to go around in circles. Let's talk about food and beverage: We didn't eat in the hotel, but went to mare magno across the river from the train station. I highly recommend this small restaurant. In addition, there are many small restaurants around the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. Finally, let's talk about the service, which is pretty good. A large bottle of free purified water and a small box of exquisite chocolate seat welcome gifts were specially prepared. The hotel can also provide package storage after check-out, which will not affect travel.

This hotel is very good, the service is very good, and the clerks are also very polite. Although it is a renovated medieval building, most of the equipment is quite thoughtful. The location is very good, and you don’t need to carry your suitcase when you come from the train station. Up and down.
