The facilities in the room are in good condition. The homestay has no public area and does not provide breakfast. The front desk guy was very nice. We arrived early, stored our luggage and went out to play. When we came out of the room, he helped us move in. When we left, the luggage was well kept. He was a very nice guy.

What a surprise! ! Choosing Juruo for this trip is definitely the right choice! ! We arrived on Friday night by train, and it was very late. On Thursday, a clerk contacted us to learn about our arrival time and accommodation requirements. He added the housekeeper's WeChat and told us where to take a taxi. The whole service was very smooth and helped us reserve a very quiet room on the 2nd floor. It was already 22:30 on Friday night when we arrived at the hotel. The whole West Street was still very lively and full of fireworks, but the homestay was very quiet, quiet in the midst of the hustle and bustle, and very artistic. It was really amazing when I entered the room. The cream-style decoration design was completely beyond my and my boyfriend's expectations. It was very sweet, warm and stylish. I have stayed at Juruo before when I went to Anji. This Juruo on Quanzhou West Street greatly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit it twice. The overall at the hotel was very nice. We arrived to the hotel much earlier than our expected check-in time but the receptionist offered to take care of our luggage’s while they prepared our room and recommended food places and must-go landmarks in Quanzhou. One of the rooms had an issue with the hot water boiler and the receptionist took initiative to offer an upgraded room without extra cost. The location of the hotel is also very convenient and close to many of the famous landmarks. The rooms themselves were very cosy and clean.
