Our stay at 18 Homestay (Nan Yue Eighteen) was truly lovely and felt warm, thoughtful, and beautifully curated from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They provided a map and patiently explained nearby attractions, along with personalised recommendations based on our preferences, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. The homestay itself is immaculately clean and tastefully designed. The space is bright, airy, and calming, with lots of greenery and beautifully styled communal areas. I brought my parents and aunty along, and they were genuinely impressed by how comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained the place was, it felt welcoming for all ages. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and plan our daily activities without any hassle. Breakfast was nicely presented with a light and simple selection. While enjoyable, having a little more variety would further enhance the overall experience. On our last day, we were pleasantly surprised with a small farewell gift, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. Overall, this is a stylish, clean, and welcoming homestay with genuinely warm hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back again when we return for our next holiday. Highly recommended.

One of my most enjoyable stay not just in Fujian, but in China! I had stayed in hotels that offer lesser but cost premium. This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past. I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there! Had a comfortable stay at this hotel! It is well situated at a convenient location with a 15mins stroll to the nearby mall. Facilities were well equipped, room was clean and breakfast was ample. It was sweet that they served fruit plate and dessert to my room during the evening. They have their own huge spa centre around the corner, though I only discovered it at the end of my sta. At the same time, the individually operated massage place at the hotel lobby was just as convenient. Highly recommended if you are staying in Shishi!

Not sure if this hotel is independently run or under the park in brand. The checkin and check out and getting left luggage just took forever. The staff were not friendly, no uniforms were worn, no welcome was given . Nothing was even said when I checked in. I was given a room that was clean and tidy. However the first night being a Saturday I was kept awake by the thumping sounds of the nightclub and the screaming sounds of KTV bar which kept me up all night. Then at 6 am the construction started digging and grinding. I asked to switch rooms and the next room was smaller . Somewhat clean. But it over looked the roof of the building where the aircon machines were which was absolutely loud. The breakfast in this hotel was abysmal . Not much western food or vegetarian options. Except over sugary cereal and toast with no toppings. Every morning the room was filled and mosh patrons wasted half of what they took it was disheartening to see soo much food waste. The breakfast fruits were also always finished and nothing was being replenished. The chairs and table were dirty and stained. And I’m not sure the type of hygiene that went on cause no staff wore any type of uniforms. The coffee machine was dirty with finger marks and the overall cleaning was just poor. Skip the breakfast it was loud and in there and I saw guests sitting with the feet on the chains and kids sleeping all over the place. The location is not very convenient it’s a bit of a distance from the west street and buses are not frequent but the bus stop is right outside. The restroom in the lobby was also in a very poor state when I wanted to use it. Again it is 2025 why are wel allowing smoking in public establishments! The halls smelt like smoke and one day my room a non-smoking room had a stench of smoke coming through the vents. The daily house keeping was also suspect, one day the toilet was cleaned and floors mopped the next. Seriously , not sure if it’s actually is a radisson or what. But overall the room was clean and tidy. Staff can be trained on positions of the rooms.
