It is a nice and clean hotel. I booked a king bed room and they gave us twin bed. I told the receptionist and she changed the room. Then I found no refrigerator in our room whereas the room type I paid is deluxe with refrigerator. The receptionist told me all their rooms are not coming with refrigerstor. I showed her the proof of my ooking. Finally she arranged a desk top refrigerator which we aporeciate that. I suggested the hotel to check with the booking agencies to make clear list of amenities for different types of room.

The children like the room design very much. The facilities are basically smart and the hygiene is also good. But there is one thing that needs to be improved. There is a window facing the child's bed, but there is no curtain. It is okay during the day, but the light outside is too bright at night, facing the child. The front desk gave some cardboard and bags, and I covered them with transparent tape myself. The soundproofing in the room is really bad. The room next door is noisy at night and the road next to it is noisy during the day. The girl with long curly hair at the front desk had a really bad attitude. She ignored me when I asked questions. I didn't know how to use the water boiler in the room, but she said there was none when I asked her for some hot water to make instant noodles. Later I asked the cleaning lady to help me.

Every day, we take the clothes to the front desk and they are delivered to the room in the afternoon. The room was not photographed and parking was convenient. The room was clean and the heating effect was quite good. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. We are two elderly people in our seventies who came here to try the food at Shunde. We met the nicest boss, Mr. Wang, who took the initiative to pick us up at the station and sent us to the station when we left.
