It is a nice and clean hotel. I booked a king bed room and they gave us twin bed. I told the receptionist and she changed the room. Then I found no refrigerator in our room whereas the room type I paid is deluxe with refrigerator. The receptionist told me all their rooms are not coming with refrigerstor. I showed her the proof of my ooking. Finally she arranged a desk top refrigerator which we aporeciate that. I suggested the hotel to check with the booking agencies to make clear list of amenities for different types of room.

One thing to say, this hotel room is very comfortable, the service is very considerate, the front desk is very friendly, there is a parking space in front of the door, there is a commercial street nearby, there are food and drink, the hotel is also very quiet, it is a good choice for a business trip and vacation Preferred! ! !

I enjoyed my stay here, the location was very convenient considering it’s very close to the subway and also close to Guangzhou south train station. The staff was super friendly they turn into all of my needs and gave me some courtesy fruit. The room was bloody clean, and I’m definitely gonna come back and stay at this hotel in my next visit of the city.

The location is excellent, near the entrance and exit of Shayong Expressway. Although it is on the main road of Lishui Avenue, it is not noisy at all. The room is quite big. I stayed there for two days. The breakfast on the first day was ok, but on the second day they said the stove was broken, so there was basically nothing to eat.

It was very leisurely. I often saw people coming to the yard to check in, take pictures, and drink afternoon tea. If there is anything I am not satisfied with, it is that I occasionally encounter people smoking, but after all, it is outdoors, so there is nothing to say. The breakfast is semi-self-service. My teammates had delicious rice noodle rolls and noodles on the first day, but they were unwilling to go out to try other stores. Later, I chatted with the aunt in charge of the kitchen and learned that she had bought the vermicelli from the nearby vegetable market early in the morning and processed it herself. She also told me the specific location and said that I could take it away. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Every day when we meet different people, they will say hello. Knowing that we want to watch the lion dance, WeChat pushes many places. The laundry service is also unexpected. Every day, we take the clothes to the front desk and they are delivered to the room in the afternoon. After having children, it is basically a five-star hotel, but this experience has rekindled my enthusiasm for homestays. It is a different experience and I feel like I am home every day. I have recommended friends in Shunde to stay here.

A very classy environment, not far from Lingnan Tiandi, busses or subway! Amenities a great, they even give floss! Breakfast has a good variety and breakfast room is clean. The rooms a very spacious and very clean! Clean comfortable towels and bed linen. There a free flow of drinking water for guests. Lots of eateries within a walking distance. Very friendly stuff who try to speak English and those who don’t speak any are still very friendly! I will definitely return with my whole family!

The location is excellent around popular scenic spots. It may be because of the holidays. It is a bit noisy due to the popularity, and there are defects in the equipment and daily utensils. The mouthwash cup has burn marks, and the TV is not easy to use. The room faces the street and is small. The bathroom is small. The equipment is old. The lobby is stylishly decorated, tall and clean, and the staff has a good service attitude. It would be better if the room decoration and equipment could catch up with the lobby.

The front desk service is very friendly and helpful. They offered free luggage storage while we were away for a three days trip. The hotel shuttle bus was very accommodating too. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and healthy. Our overall stay was pleasantly warm! We will definitely come back again!

The children like the room design very much. The facilities are basically smart and the hygiene is also good. But there is one thing that needs to be improved. There is a window facing the child's bed, but there is no curtain. It is okay during the day, but the light outside is too bright at night, facing the child. The front desk gave some cardboard and bags, and I covered them with transparent tape myself. The soundproofing in the room is really bad. The room next door is noisy at night and the road next to it is noisy during the day. The girl with long curly hair at the front desk had a really bad attitude. She ignored me when I asked questions. I didn't know how to use the water boiler in the room, but she said there was none when I asked her for some hot water to make instant noodles. Later I asked the cleaning lady to help me.
