Our stay at Hotel Wyndham Baku, booked through Trip.com, was exceptional. The booking process was straightforward, and we secured a great rate. The hotel’s modern design and comfortable rooms made for a pleasant stay. The staff were professional and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met. We enjoyed the hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped gym and the on-site dining options. The location was convenient for exploring Baku’s attractions. Trip.com’s easy-to-navigate platform and accurate hotel information made booking a breeze. Initially some confusion over booking, location isn't the best.

Хороший отель по соотношению цены и качества. Далеко от центра, но недалеко от аэропорта. Номер достаточно большой, персонал внимательный.

酒店是一個老酒店改建的，有點點破。前台英文能力不行。酒店全部是地毯，清潔難度高。 風水不好，設計上鏡子對着床。房間面積比較寬敞，但是居住體驗還是很一般。

温德姆這個品牌值得信賴，但這個酒店相對來説比較老舊，房間設施齊全，房間也大，早餐還算可以，旅遊團隊入住還是合適的

機場打車到酒店， 的士司機搞錯了 把我們搭去不同地段的另一家温德姆酒店， 難怪前台查不到我們的入住訊息…. 後來 幫我們聯繫了訂單上温姆酒店 ，我們再打車過去 辦理入住時已經很晚了， 前台幫我們免費升級到一間超大床房， 後面也續住了2晚 . 酒店總體都不錯， 但如果不是自駕的話 出入就要打車.

在工業區，拜訪客户方便，設施有點老舊，房間大

酒店比較老舊，設施還可以，大房間小床鋪，由於語言不通，在攜程上已付費，在酒店又重複收費了一次，酒店説會核實後退款，5.3號入住，現在5.11號還沒收到退款，這個龜速！

酒店房間好大，早餐也還可以，泳池的管理一般般，離市區想去的景點有些遠，參團的中國遊客住的比較多。看個人的選擇吧
